What a horrible place to stay. Falsely showing a 9.6 / 4.6 rating. Hotel pictures are all staged and shot with flowers and plants in the foreground. The entrance is located down a dark dirty alley. Very old building that is is need of paint and cleaning. After getting a code sent to you by text to open the gate, you have to walk past piles of trash and garbage cans in the courtyard. Dirty and dark courtyard. You then see a 2 person glass elevator, which you have to pay to use, which they do not tell you in any of the hotel descriptions. The hotel does not have a receptionist. Another code is needed to gain access to the lobby area. This code took many tries before it finally worked. The key to the room was just left open on the counter with my name written on a posted note. Once you get in your room you need to insert the key in a slot by the door to gain electricity. Again, no instructions on this either. Small refrigerator that only holds one bottle of water. Cheapest bed possible was purchased for the room. Uncomfortable and noisy. Tin headboard that made noise on every turn. Window to the room looked down on one of the filthiest alleys in Naples. Many other places to stay in Napoli.
