位置非常好，著名的鰻魚店，只需步行1分鐘見到，非洲很多美食 酒店一泊二食，價錢非常優惠，相對CP值高，唯獨有點意外是我們3 人的房間沒有浴室，幸好可以去溫泉順便洗澡 職員非常有禮，熱心幫助

J'ai séjourné ici car nous devions être à l'aéroport de Narita à 6h30 le lendemain. Le quartier était pittoresque et agréable avec de petites boutiques et cafés. Le logement était confortable et propre, notre chambre n'avait pas de douche (seulement des toilettes). Nous sommes allés au bain public intérieur de l'hébergement pour prendre une douche et nous tremper dans le bain. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent séjour ! Merci à la réception de nous avoir aidé à appeler un taxi le matin pour l'aéroport.

非常棒，早晚餐也豐富

Je suis revenu dans ce ryokan après de nombreuses années et cela n'a pas beaucoup changé. Le type de chambre est très grand, avec une chambre et deux repas. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner sont tous servis dans la chambre. La nourriture est très riche, le le service est attentionné et courtois et il y a un bain de source chaude public. Je reviendrai !

De l'autre côté de la rue se trouve le temple Shinshoji en face de la porte Naritasan. Le paysage est très beau. Omotesando est juste à la porte. C'est très pratique pour se promener et manger.

Absolutely fabulous !! The best way to start or finish your Japan trip !! Lived this Ryokan. Staff are lovely. Rooms are great. I’m keen is wonderful. Area is superb and easy to navigate and find. Really enjoyed our stay and the lovely Breakfast we had the next morning.

Historic old ryokan in Narita. Stayed before leaving Japan. So kind and friendly. Loved the Sensoji view from my room. But you could be waken up by bell sound from temple early in the morning. Ryokan itself is small but no-one was there when we used it. So it's like a private bath. We did enjoy dinner and bf. Just F.Y.I, breakfast is vegan meal. Temple is just steps away so we took a walk after dinner and morning. There are many shops that sell foods, chopsticks, gifts and etc right out side so we did some last mins shopping before heading to Narita airport.

Bien que la pièce soit vieille, elle est assez propre, mais il y a une odeur dans le couloir. L'eau de source chaude n'est pas naturelle et elle n'est pas douce après trempage.

Nice Onsen, very nice staff members, appreciate they have free pickup service from station. Nice view overlooking Naritasan Temple.

- Musty smelling toilet - Very old fittings and room doors that don't close fully - Friendly staff but poor English overall and unobservant - Old-fashioned owner with very poor customer skills, cannot problem-solve - Bath and water mixer very hard to use as they are very old fashioned - Fridge full of cold drinks, but with no space to put anything except tiny bottles and some small items I was very surprised and unhappy with what the ryokan owner told us today - the last night of our 10-night trip across the wider Tokyo region. Some context first: my flight departs at 6.20pm tomorrow and we have to check out of our room at 10am, as planned. What was unplanned, was that I was only told at 7pm today that they would have maintenance coming so there are 'no staff' and 'the whole ryokan will be closed', so my elderly parents (78YO and 70YO) and I would have to take our 3 large luggage bags with us by 2pm. They will not be able to hold our luggage for even 2 hours until 4pm, nor will they be able to call us a taxi; we will have to walk to the taxi stand ourselves. What is funny, is that as I was negotiating with the owner in the lobby, 4 new guests arrived to check-in. Now, there is a whole hotel with numerous rooms and new guests, but he cannot (will not) hold our luggage for 2 hours more? He proceeded to tell us they 'are not responsible to us for anything once we check out' and that 'there is nothing he can do' and when I said hotels in other countries hold the luggage for their guests after they check out for the same day until the flight time, he said 'this is Japan, not other countries'. Wow. I get it that he's used to running things his way, but this makes for a horrible customer experience. We had booked this ryokan over 6 weeks ago online, so there were many opportunities to tell us in advance of this scheduled maintenance. One great opportunity was yesterday at 5.30pm, when we checked in. Side points are: - Staff are not trained on the safety equipment in the rooms. I had taken the emergency torchlight off the charging mount and instead of the staff reinserting it, I had to figure out how and tell the staff (to his credit he really tried) - Housekeeping were unaware they took my mother's personal spoon by mistake and phew! the translation issues... we got it back though - Housekeeping replaced the tolietries we clearly had no need of, but not the items we used up! Basically they gave us 3 more toothbrushes in addition to the 3 unused, but did not top up the cotton pads. It was all very clearly placed in the bathroom for them to observe. - Creepy horror movie vibes

C'est tellement mieux que je ne le pensais C'était calme et j'ai bien dormi ^^ Le seul inconvénient est que la salle de bain est petite, mais j'aime qu'elle soit bien entretenue.

成田駅からぶらぶら歩いて15分位です。行きは下り坂なので楽ですが、帰りは上り坂になるので、荷物が多いとちょっとキツイかもしれません。 概ね良いのですが、夕飯だけは不満が残りました。 コロナ対策の為、極力対面接触を避けているせいで、ほとんどのメニューは既にセッティングされている状態です。(鰻は除く) 故にお魚のソテーなど冷めていて、美味しくなかったです．．．。改善を望みます。 その他、スタッフの方々の対応やお風呂は、とても良かったです。
