Emplacement : L'enseigne de l'hôtel n'est pas très évidente. Quand je suis allé à l'exposition, je suis resté 2 nuits. Il existe de nombreux magasins de proximité, mais les Chinois doivent faire attention à la sécurité lorsqu'ils s'y rendent. J'utilise Ctrip pour prendre un taxi quand je sors Equipements : une des lumières est cassée, mais je n'ai pas laissé l'hôtel la réparer. Il y a une cuisine en bas, vous pouvez donc simplement la faire vous-même. Mais l'hôtel n'a pas de chaussons Service : Général Hygiène : Générale

I don’t typically leave reviews but our stay at the Kimpton Virgilio was exceptional. The staff, the room, the restaurant were all amazing. It was super convenient for us to leave our bags there beforehand and afterwards, which was great while we explored the city. We also were running the Mexico City Marathon and they were extremely helpful with providing us advice on getting there at 5am in the morning. I would like to call out Rodrigo, the front desk who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. If you’re staying in Mexico City, I could not recommend the Kimpton more.

Cet hôtel est très intéressant. C'est un hôtel nostalgique de style mexicain. L'hôtel a été conçu dans les années 1970 et 1980. Le robinet est de style ancien avec eau chaude et eau froide séparées. C'est très mignon. La chambre dispose d'une cuisinière électrique et d'un four micro-ondes, et même d'une machine à café. Oui, le placard est une porte dissimulée d'une centaine de pages, qui est bien entretenue et la pièce est spacieuse. La situation géographique est très bonne, c'est une zone riche, la sécurité publique est bonne et la police est souvent patrouillée pendant la journée, il y a de grandes banques et supermarchés à proximité, et il y a divers restaurants haut de gamme et installations de soutien autour. Le consulat des États-Unis est également à quelques minutes. Cet hôtel est très approprié pour les clients qui ont de la culture ou qui aiment les classiques. Le rapport qualité prix est cinq étoiles, c'est recommandé.

L'accès est bon. Nous avons pris un taxi du terminal de bus dans le nord.Il est d'environ 10 minutes. Lorsque nous nous sommes connectés, le personnel masculin M. Efrian et le personnel féminin Mlle Yaz nous ont aidé. Nous ne parlons pas espagnol, mais ils nous servent en anglais et le service est très bon et gentil! La chambre était très propre et bien nettoyée. La pression de l'eau dans la douche est aussi bonne. Bon à vous voir Thanks Efrian ♡

J'ai trouvé un grand hôtel économique. Chambres larges et avec tout ce qu'on a besoin. Le personnel est gentil et la situation est bonne. Très proche du centre de Rome. Le prix est bon. Il y a un bon café devant. Il a un service de stationnement et vous garde les valises si vous en avez besoin.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Love it - the hotel is close to the metro a few stops away from the central square. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. Even so it is next to big road the sound proofing is good and you can sleep well. Room service is great too. No doubt I pick it again, if I come to CDMX.

Bon hôtel avec grande chambre et lit confortable. Salle de bain bien aussi avec tout le nécessaire. 2 bouteilles d’eau gratuites. Bar ouvert 24/24. À côté quelques bons restaurants dont manson avec de délicieuses viandes.

Un grand endroit pour l'hôte****, la chambre très large, tout propre, le personnel très gentil et efficace. La vue sur la terrasse est très belle.
