Great for large or multiple families and a short drive to the ski slopes.The spaceOur 3 story, 4 bedroom and 3 full bath home is perched atop a hill with (winter) scenic mountain views.In the summer, the surrounding trees make the home very private and almost giving a feel of a tree house. The large expansive decking provides convenient outdoor enjoyment with an additional private deck off the 3rd level master bedroom.Our home has a protected carport for ease of parking and unpacking. There’s additional parking spaces to accommodate family and guests.There are two entrances, one from the carport that leads to the first level which includes, two bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry room, foyer and indoor staircase that leads upstairs to the main living area. An additional entry is from exterior steps that lead to the main living area of the home and large deck. The main level of the home includes an open concept living and dining area with soaring cathedral ceilings with plenty of windows and sky lights for natural lighting and open airy feel. The kitchen, full bath and 3rd bedroom are also on this level.The third floor consists of a loft which overlooks the living area with French doors that lead into the master bedroom.
