Cet hôtel n'est pas un 4 étoiles. Quand nous sommes arrivés, la femme de ménage nettoyait le devant de l'hôtel aux pavés cassés avec un seau d'eau. Le personnel était assis dehors à fumer. A l'intérieur, le hall est hideux avec de la musique, des boutiques et des distributeurs de boissons comme dans un hall de gare. Ce n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. On nous a donné la clé de notre chambre. La douche a seulement un vieux rideau donc on inonde la salle de bain. Les produits de douche sont rudimentaires. Il a fallu que je redescende pour avoir le code Wifi. Comme j'étais mécontente, la a personne de l'accueil m'a dit de rencontrer le manager. Comme il n'y avait personne, elle m'a demandé d'attendre devant la porte une vingtaine de minutes. Là encore, ce n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Le parking est un terrain herbeux non entretenu. La nourriture est une nourriture de cantine (et encore je suis gentille, je mange mieux à ma cantine !). C'est scandaleux. A 57 euros la nuit avec demi-pension, il n'est pas normal de manger aussi mal. Les restaurants ne coûtent pas cher en Bulgarie, tout comme la nourriture. Quant à la piscine, le surveillant préfère discuter avec ses amis autour d'une table..., le monsieur et la dame du bar passent leur temps à fumer devant la piscine et s'assoient sur les transats ! C'est inadmissible. Il faudrait véritablement changer de manager pour faire de cet hôtel un 4 étoiles. Enlever les distributeurs de boissons (il y a un bar alors pourquoi des distributeurs ?), enlever la télévision (insupportable dans un 4 étoiles et personne ne la regarde !), enlever le ”pepsi bar” de la piscine inutilisé et hideux, mettre des tapis et décorations dans le hall et couloirs. Former le personnel. Arranger le parking et l'entrée. Nous avions juste avant séjourné à l'Europe ******, strictement rien à voir. La nourriture à Europe ****** pour 16 leva est d'excellentes qualité et cuisinée avec la chambre et le petit déjeuner il nous a coûté seulement 5levas de + This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. When we arrived, the housekeeper was cleaning the front of the hotel with broken paving stones and a bucket of water. The staff was sitting outside smoking. Inside, the lobby is hideous with music, stores and drink machines like a train station lobby. It's not worthy of a 4 star hotel. We were given the key to our room. The shower only has an old curtain so we flooded the bathroom. The shower products are rudimentary. I had to go back downstairs to get the wifi code. As I was dissatisfied, the he person at the front desk told me to meet the manager. Since there was no one there, she asked me to wait outside the door for about 20 minutes. Again, this is not worthy of a 4 star hotel. The parking lot is an unkempt grassy area. The food is canteen food (and again I'm nice, I eat better at my canteen!). It is scandalous. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Nous avons dû aller au bar pour prendre une bière (environ 1 livre par pint), et nous avons discuté avec d'autres qui y restaient, certains ont séjourné de nombreuses fois et d'autres ont dit qu'ils reviendraient après cette visite. La piscine est belle et grande, quelques glissements qui entrent dans elle pour les enfants, une piscine séparée pour les enfants plus jeunes et bien sûr des sièges dans la piscine pour les enfants plus grands. Il y a beaucoup de salons solaires mais c'était seulement la 2ème semaine en juin, donc pas nos vacances scolaires encore, peut-être plus calmes, beaucoup de places de plein air et de places intérieures et une zone de vignoble ombragée, très belle. Le matin, nous avons trouvé un petit déjeuner, nous avons trouvé quelque chose à manger quotidiennement; œufs cuits, écrasés, frits (bien que la dame prenne environ 15 minutes pour les cuisiner sur le show cuisiner un peu devant), bacon de variétés, sauce fumée, bœufs, toasts, jambons, céréales, fruits, Les chambres sont propres et sont propres, avec des serviettes propres. J'avais pris une tige et deux mugs et ils étaient aussi nettoyés ! La zone extérieure, y compris sous les lits solaires qui se déplacent sur la rue, a été détruite et moquée de 0730, les salons solaires ont éliminé, etc, même avait 8 nettoyeurs en ligne sur leurs mains et les genoux qui scramblent le mur intérieur de la piscine! Le personnel était très attentif, tous, ils travaillent très dur et pour toutes les raisons mentionnées ci-dessus, nous reviendrons certainement! Nous avons rencontré des gens agréables et nous avons juste eu un grand temps! Alors je suis contente de me réserver et ne laisse pas les commentaires me désactiver!
