I know how i manage the night. Staff was decent but room condition was pathetic. Ac working like dead machine making noise whole night which causes difficulties in sleep. And the tower, sleeper all things are not present until u ask on them. 2 out 5. For short stay i recommend but not for long stays.

Rooms are spacious and clean, towels and toilateries given not properly. Food is good. Staffs are good and helpful.

Location is accessible and staff is friendly, but some maintenance and hygiene issues this is common because lack of professionalism and lack of attitude

It’s close to Delhi airport 400rupees in taxi. easy to find unlike another I tried. Room is big although pretty tatty. Bed comfortable. Bathroom is ok. Service is friendly. Although English is scant. In house restaurant is ok but no alcohol. And it’s cheap

Only booked as close to airport to get a decent nights sleep but dreadful experience constant noise from the 24 hour restaurant and moving of tables at 2am will not recommend or come again complained twice simply ignored avoid at all costs travel-led with kids no one could sleep

It was a good place, hygiene and good room service. Polite staff members with positive attitude. More if i say this place is very convenient to travel to any place in delhi.

Had a wonderful time with my family at Radisson blu plaza. The hotel is very good & well maintained. The staff is very courteous, welcoming and professional, especially at the, restaurant & room service. all in all amazing property & lovely people. Will definitely visit again.

I wish I could give it a zero stars. We arrived quite late and didn’t have much time to re-pack and rest as we had an early flight. We booked twin room and upon check in we asked if we have two beds. Receptionist confirmed. When we opened there was one bed. I travel with my friend so we would not sleep in the same bed. Staff was awful, first they said they can’t do anything about it, after seeing that I am not letting it go, they offered a different room with one bed and they said they will provide additional mattress! We obviously refused and asked in that case to get two rooms since this was their error. They refused. Then they said they will prepare another room with two beds ( earlier they said they don’t have rooms available!) but we were loosing precious time that we needed for a rest before a long flight. They ended up changing our room for much worse. Boiler was off so there was no warm water to take a shower and we didn’t have time to wait for it to warm water up. Avoid avoid avoid
