C'était une expérience très bonne.............................................................................

La chambre est confortable et confortable, et vous trouverez des chambres confortables. La salle de bain est aussi élégante et propre, tout au long d'un très agréable séjour de 3 nuits, fortement recommandé à n'importe qui.

Le service de l'hôtel était très confortable. Il avait un réfrigérateur mais pas de micro-ondes que nous aurions apprécié. Il fallait nous lever tôt pour attraper notre train et nous n'avons pas pu faire un petit déjeuner chaud en raison de l'absence de micro-ondes. J'espère revenir quand nous pourrons rester plus longtemps.

Je suis nerveux parce que je ne suis pas beaucoup d'une personne d'hôtel en raison de mauvaises expériences au-delà du temps, mais je suis été soulagé!! Il était propre et le personnel était gentil! Parcage était facile! Pacifique!! Je recommanderais certainement un séjour à cet endroit et je reviendrai!!

Poor Rooms, Poor Service, Poor Experience To begin, we made reservations over 6 months in advance for our daughter's wedding in New Orleans. We contacted the hotel 2 weeks before our arrival date to request an early check in due to coming from out of town and needing to freshen up for the wedding rehearsal. We were told that it was unlikely we could get into our room before 4 pm due to the hotel being completely booked the night before and needing to get the rooms cleaned. I say this to note that when we checked into our room after 5 pm on the arrival date, the air conditioner in our suite did not work. One would think that if the suite were booked the night before, the facility would know the air conditioner was broken and would have arranged to have it fixed or move us to another suite. Alas, no, we were told there was no one to call to fix the AC and the suggestion was that we leave the balcony door open overnight (in warm, humid New Orleans?!). We asked to be moved. We were moved to a room from the suite. In the room, the television did not work. We were told that ”people don't come there to watch television”. We had a little time to kill between events and would have liked to watch tv. They said they did not have cable and usually have Roku devices hooked up to the tv, but that someone must have ”taken” the remote control and they did not have extras. We asked for our bill (we paid for the suite 6 months in advance) to be adjusted and that we be refunded the difference in price from the suite to the room. We are still waiting for the refund over 2 weeks later. What should have been a fun and relaxing time, was met with frustration and discomfort at every turn. Another member of our wedding party had rented an apartment unit and also did not have air conditioning. One would think that they would have checked the basics before we checked in. We definitely do not recommend this hotel!

Je suis venue à l'hôtel, j'ai été accusé de vol. Le clef (la dame blanche) m'a dit qu'elle m'a vu mettre un cul de miel dans ma chemise! J'ai dû me faire connaître devant tout le monde pour prouver mon innocence! Le clérigé a juste écrasé ses épaules comme oh bien, il a l'air que vous mettez quelque chose dans votre chemise ! Alors la dame refuse de me regarder !!!! Comment humiliant et embarrassant ! Le malheur est énorme !! Le site de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Je ne recommande pas de rester à cet hôtel! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel!!!! Mon séjour a été août 26-28, 2022.

Le premier jour de la journée, après une longue visite, nous avons eu un contrôle très tardif (4 heures) et Jada était si énergique et gentille et nous agrée. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, et la lobby et l'équipe nous ont fourni un bon endroit pour obtenir le travail et le travail. Le rôde de la ville est un des meilleurs hôtels que nous ayons jamais séjournés! 10/10 serait séjourner de nouveau.
