Avis : Hotel Cham Cham - Taipei

C'était ma première réservation dans cet hôtel. J'ai rencontré quelques problèmes à l'arrivée. Le personnel a demandé un supplément pour l'un de nos enfants de 9 ans. Je lui ai dit que Trip.com indiquait qu'aucun supplément n'était requis. Finalement, il a fait une erreur en pensant que nous réserverions une chambre avec deux lits simples au lieu d'une chambre avec trois lits. Quelle erreur ! À part ça, la chambre et les équipements étaient super. L'hôtel Cham Cham est vraiment Cham (Hokkien) !

The toilet automatic remote was not there in the toilet, therefore i could not use the bidet sprayer. When asked for a new room, the staff said that the room was fully booked and said that they count not do anything about it. After that we check on booking website and there were still rooms.

The room is very clean and best city view! 🔥 Love it! 😍❤️ Will book again soon 💯🥰💕💕💕

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as great as the first! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay. I’d definitely come back again.

Conveniently located next to the Banqiao Train Station and shopping area with lots of good restaurants and cafes close by. Everything is walkable. Hotel is clean and eco friendly.

The hotel is my first choice when I stay in Taiwan. It's cosy, clean, and convenient.

Rapid and kind responces of employess, particularly front crews, thanks for your service. Very close to the Nanying Night Market and other have-to-go places. Delicious meal and large and clean restaurant for breakfast. shared with Cesar.

Poor services!  I paid for and confirmed my reservation, but when I arrived from the airport to check in at 1:00 AM, I was told that the reservation had been canceled due to overbooking.

Very good location easy to find food, mall at opposite , train station 5 min walk. Room is quiet and cosy. Look very new.

My fav thing about this hotel is that it is very convenient and coy place to stay

Cham cham is always my choice when in Taipei. Very convenient location to access to shoppings, mtr and hsr line. Will be back again
