during a 40-day stay in the hotel, our room was not cleaned even once, not to mention that someone asked us if we needed new towels, sheets, and we bought the toilet paper ourselves! The service is not bad, it is lacking at all, this hotel lacks any kind of management Towels scattered in the corridors, strollers left for days, and in the event of a fire, exiting the corridors would be more than difficult! Generally speaking, if pets were not allowed in the hotel, I would not stay even 5 minutes there for anything in the world!

I have stayed here a few times now as it is in a very convenient location. Although next to the motorway it was surprisingly quiet and I always managed to get a good nights sleep. Staff were always polite and welcoming, particularly Sanjay who always had a smile on his face and was very helpful with checking in and answering any questions that I had.

I had a really pleasant stay at Travelodge Newbury Chieveley M4. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist (Sanjay) was welcoming, polite, and very helpful, which made check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, tidy, and surprisingly quiet considering the location near the motorway. Everything worked well – from the heating to the shower – and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel is also in a convenient location with parking available and nearby food options. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and comfort made this a great place for a short stay.

Clan, simple and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed. My only gripe is that it's not easy to find as the signposting stops just as you need it most and the sign is obscure by the bushes.

Quiet, clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Welcoming and helpful reception staff. However, I was baffled by how to control shower flow and temperature. Controls could be more obvious and more reliably predictable.
