Wanda Moments Hotel is beautiful. The receptionists are attentive especially in our needs. Mr. Jay , the manager, is friendly and helpful. Beloved Amy , one of their staffs, is so thoughtful and gave us some gifts for the dragon boat festival. They assisted us well. We had a fantastic stay here while in Ningbo.

Very friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping. Breakfast is a good variety to please all.

Nice deco. Clean room. Walking distance to Wanda Mall. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very modern mix with old town Shanghai style. I booked the premium room for a little more. Definitely worth it. Room is clean and very spacious. 0 complaints. Breakfast was 6:30am to 10:00 AM. It was $3 more per person to get breakfast. Many choices and they can make you a noodle soup or a wonton soup. Comes with 2 bottles of water in the room and everything in the minibar fridge is complimentary. Club soda, a coke, and a plum juice at the time of my stay. Room has a spacious shower and a bidet. Bidet is all in Chinese, so I'll have to guess around it. It does auto flush. I've stayed at many hotels around the area, so far I like this the most because many has shown age and dirty carpets. Stinky rooms. This one isn't. I'll be staying here more often.

Friendly and helpful staff

Have little uncomfortable feeling during breakfast time owing guest without advance payment for that. The core reason is "the waitress insisted, it's hotel rule and regulation, guest have to pay before eating", this incident is happened on Aug 23,2023 morning section at 6F", it's the first time shock me for more than 20 years travel and staying in hotel not only in Ningbo, but also all over world.

Very good service, free coffee offered at checkout. Though I checked out early morning before breakfast time coffee has helped a lot for morning refreshment

I had a very pleasant stay at Wanda Moments. I am in-between apartments and needed to stay nearby family. Xiao Qui specifically and the rest of the staff really took care of me. I planned on staying one night but due to Xiao’s amazing customer service and her attention to customer care, I decided to stay 3 nights. The hotel has a Harry Potter vibe which I love, really convenient location with a mall nearby and very clean. I love the smart toilet addition in the Deluxe rooms! Thank you Wanda Moments!
