Avis : Noboribetsu Onsenkyo Takinoya

L'emplacement est bon mais pas parfait. Il y a une certaine distance depuis l'arrêt de bus. Donc si vous voyagez avec une valise, ce sera un défi. La chambre est super. Elle a beaucoup d'espace et peut facilement ouvrir n'importe quelle taille de valise. Le lit est très moelleux. Nous avons même une baignoire dans notre chambre. D'ailleurs, il y a aussi un mini-bar gratuit avec une sélection de boissons non alcoolisées fraîches. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le personnel de la réception parle bien anglais. Ils nous ont également aidés à porter notre grande bouteille jusqu'à notre chambre. La nourriture est excellente et très authentique. L'onsen est fantastique. Le bas et le haut ont tous deux une très belle vue. La seule chose dont je ne suis pas satisfait à 100% est le prix. Si vous pouvez réserver une chambre sur leur site officiel, ce sera moins cher. Trip a facturé une certaine prime. Cependant, il est très difficile de réserver cet hôtel pendant la haute saison sur leur site officiel. Je peux donc comprendre cela et je ne peux pas trop me plaindre de cela. Mais si Trip peut égaler le prix, alors je serai encore plus satisfait.

Je suis très satisfait de l'environnement et de la nourriture, la seule chose est que c'est assez cher. Il est également très proche des sites pittoresques et le service est assez bon. Je suis particulièrement satisfait de la source chaude en plein air et je me sens à l'aise.

That’s a flawless onsen hotel! Staff were super friendly and attentive… food was amazing. Hotel is expensive but it’s worth every single penny! Simply perfect!

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at this refined ryokan, centrally located in Noboribetsu and just steps away from the Jigokudani (Hell Valley) and trail access to the surrounding area and a natural foot bath in the woods. Upon arrival, we received a courteous welcome and were served a small treat and matcha before entering our suite. Our suite was a comfortable and spacious western style room (two twin beds) with private outdoor onsen and sitting balcony overlooking the lush foliage of the hillside. All meals were served in the dining room of our suite through a service door. Meals are omakase style—exquisite and tastefully presented, with dishes that varied each day, nothing repeated. Though we enjoyed the public onsens (particularly the outdoor baths on the ground floor), we most preferred the luxury of having our own private onsen. I highly recommend this ryokan if you’re looking for an elevated onsen experience!

Luxury ryokan in Noboribetsu Onsen Village. Top notch hospitality and delicious food. Very nice and quiet zen garden is located right outside of your room.Can’t wait to come back soon !

This hotel just made my trip. After 2 months from checking out I still can clearly remember the wonderful details about the room and facilities. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. 无论行程有多匆忙，我真的非常推荐北海道之旅留一晚给泷乃家，这一定是旅程里无比亮眼的一道风景。 预定的房型是DW,落地价格6000多人民币，含两人的一泊二食。通过邮件沟通，顺利获得了安排带garden的唯一一间。 房间的私汤赢过了公区所有的泡池，看着静谧白雪皑皑的院落，泡着天然的硫磺汤，耳朵里只有流水声，雪花静静在眼前一片片落下，时间在这里仿佛暂停。 房间有专属的用餐区，也是雪景庭院落地窗景致，早晚餐都有穿和服的阿姨进出服务，讲解菜品，菜单很不错，也吃到了河豚。 晚上工作人员会进来铺床，床品很柔软。 酒店公区一步一景，拍了亿张，但留下深刻印象的是时刻迎来送往的工作人员，香浓的欢迎🍵和时刻在线的服务。 会再来，推荐所有朋友来，推荐DW房型。

The staffs are friendly and customer oriented. After we checked out, the staff helped us to move the luggage to the entrance which is unexpected. The hot spring, the room and the food gave an unforgettable experience to my travel history. I will recommend Takinoya to my friends and relatives.

Excellent service, always exceeds my expectations. There are a lot of details in the hotel and also the service. The members of staff are all kind and sincere.  The package also consists of dinner and breakfast. Both meals are amazing and attention to detail. The portion was appropriate. The staff in the restaurant were polite, and kind.  For the onsen, instructions are clear and you know what to do and also what the onsen is made of. The cleanliness of the onsens on both floors were very good.  The room was exactly the same as the picture shown.  In general, I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
