accommodation was comfortable though rooms and facilities are dated. (dinner and breakfast were very good. natural sulphur onsen was healing and relaxing. ample parking space, for free.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved the Japanese vibes & 5 star hospitality. Room is spacious and well maintained. Highlight of our room is the outdoor bath and kaiseki dinner to complete our Japanese ryokan experience. Breakfast was semi buffet style which was slightly lacking in choices & taste wise in my opinion. Location within walking distance to main street and hell’s valley.

Had a wonderful stay in Hotel Hanayura in Noboribetsu. The breakfast and dinner provided was Kaiseki Cuisine. It was AMAZING!!! The view from our room was great! Must stay in this hotel if you come to Noboribetsu.

I checked in late just asked front desk female staff if I can defer the check out time from 10am to 11am. Her attitude not so good. She keep on reply OK but extra charge is required. Facility inside room rather old and door lock was broken without replacement. However, Japanese dinner and breakfast were good and restaurant staff was good attitude.

Ryotei Hanayura has a good location and near to the famous spot by 5mins walk. We are provided free admission ticket to enter the Park for a night walk. The hotel room is half Japanese and half Western, big and clean. Dinner is served with buffet with various option of food.

Location is great. Food (dinner and breakfast) is fantastic. Love to have its own hot spring in the room.

The room was really spacious and the private onsen was great. We had a lovely stay. It was also walking distance to the nearest convenience store and jigokudani. Not to mention, the breakfast and dinner included taste good too!
