Very well equipped kitchen, and very clean. Only set back is no window and no aircon in the main bedroom, otherwise, it was good

We had a wonderful stay in Rimini Holiday Apartments. The apartments are quite well stocked with a full fridge, laundry, and kitchen and the decor and style was so cute. The location is incredible, in walking distance to the river walk and some awesome cafes and restaurants. It is easy enough to get to Hastings street (though not walkable), but we thought the nearby restaurants were better anyways. Parking is a bit tight, but is included, which is very convenient. If we are ever in Noosa again, we would absolutely stay here again, hopefully for a bit longer!

Having travelled alot you can still never be sure that what you booked and hoped to get is what you get. Well on this occasion it was and probably it was also better than expected. We received a warm welcome and were given the keys to our room which was no 10. When we walked in the room we were immediately satisfied, cool, spacious, clean and bright. Very pleasing and although it is clear this is an older building from what we saw the owners have done a great job in updating with fresh paint and small modernisations. We had a lovely balcony looking out to the street and barely overlooked. The gardens were immaculate. Lovely morning sun and cool from afternoon onwards, great for a sit out before dinner with a G & T! Nice pool which although small was more than enough for a little swim as nobody else around hardly, a bonus was the nice warm spa, great for the aching limbs after a long walk or round of golf. BBQ facilities beside the pool were ample although we didnt use them, well lit and a nice table to sit at and eat in the evening if needed. Very comfortable sun loungers and clean all around the place. Extremely close to the best restaurants in Noosaville, only a 100 metres to two or three of the best and a flat easy walk. Fabulous access for a morning stroll along the riverside and coffee huts galore to choose from. We will return next year hopefully and hope that standards are still as good, thanks for a pleasant stay

Arrived at Rimini Apartments to find the office closed at just after 4 pm. There was a note on the door to call, but as our phones didn’t work that wasn’t any good to us. I heard some guests around the pool and having waited a while decided to ask if they had seen anyone and explained our situation. They found the code for the safe box for us and our keys were inside - thank goodness, otherwise we didn’t know where we would spend the night. The accommodation was nice and we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for dinner and a glass of wine. We had received emails asking for the payment and so I popped down to the office to pay and explain how disappointed we were about the communication and the fact that we had rushed to get to the office before it shut at 17:00, having arrived just after 16:00. The woman really didn’t want to understand our predicament and told me I should have popped into McDonalds on the Bruce highway to pick up the codes they had emailed us. I explained that we went through the Glass Mountains with no WiFi available. Yet again she really didn’t want to understand our situation and I saw little point in continuing our conversation, so just paid what we owed in cash - which I don’t think she was too happy about.

The apartments are really well maintained, very clean, spacious and a great location. Our only issue is that if you are charging five star rates, then you need a better hot water service. The hot water boilers that service the apartments are the smallest we have ever seen, and to be fair to the establishment say on the information pack you receive that you may have to wait after 1 shower for the hot water to replenish before taking another hot shower. That folks is not five star………….

Been staying at Rimini for 7 years .... still booking on way out for next year.Excellent Unit / Location ( very close proximity to supermarket ... shops Doctors and essential needs. Friendly Obliging management. Heated spa and pool.Recommended. *****

A very warm welcome on arrival. A wonderful quiet apartment for a couple. Close to all ammenities. Amazingly equipped & even basics there on arrival.😀 A safe dry park near our apt. We will definitely return. Thank you.

This place is super well rated for a reason! Spacious - even a simple one-bedroom has plenty of room and storage. Clean - spotless to fault everywhere. Quiet - really smart how the units are built to all have a patio yet well sound proofed. It's also tucked away in a quiet little street. Kitchen - I have never been to a place where they really thought of EVERYTHING you can possibly need... down to even cling wraps, picnic ware, and plastic containers of all sizes! TV - smart TV you can sign into Netflix and Youtube. Location - Literally, you walk out of the entrance, turn left, and in about a block you hit the gorgeous river that is lined with cafes, restaurants and shops. Be sure you go out there for a wander and a jog along the river. If you walk out and turn right, you will hit the main road that has a big friendly Woolworth and Reject Shop (5-7 min walk). Pizza, McDonalds and Red Rooster maybe 10-15m walk. Accommodating - we were able to be checked in early! Also Adrienne, the property manager, was always available and ready to help with anything in the most efficient and no-nonsense matter. She was amazing and even helped us retrieve our toddler's lunch bag! The only thing I can complain is...not much free wifi. If you go over the allotted usage (less than 1 GB), but it's such a small thing! Stairs and stair cases are not that wider. We were able to leave our pram on the bottom of the staircase, and walk up two levels carrying a toddler if need be, but might want ask for a lower level room if you dont want the hassle. Parking is available.
