Fort Tiracol Heritage Hotel

The staff & service is superb, the hotel is luxurious & the rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. It's quiet & away from the crowd and noise. The food was very good too. To get to the beach you need to take a ferry to cross over to querim Beach which is secluded & barely a few people around. It's the perfect place if you like the sounds of waves & nature (as against noisy tourist places) .

A magnificently located and beautiful experience. However, a cooling plunge pool is really needed. The beach is an adventure reached via a ferry. Lovely umbrellas or shaded set ups are available on the beach free if you are consuming from the vendors. Swimming was safe and sublime

Breathtaking view. One could simply sip on their wonderful cocktail and spend hours looking at the beautiful shimmering sea. Of historic relevance, this hotel was originally a fort built by Raja Bhosle in the 17th century, on the banks of the river Tiracol. There are two approaches to the fort from mainland goa - across the Maharashtra border by road or by ferry. Very quiet n beautiful. Untouched beauty. Less people visited fort that is why it is so peaceful. The food served here is lip smacking, clean and most importantly soulful. Decadent desserts and very hospitable service. staff go the extra mile to ensure your stay is unforgettable! I highly recommend this hotel for a leisure trip.

Great place if you are looking for a heritage stay experience with less frills and ultimate peace. The location and the premises are enough by themselves to deliver an authentic experience. The staff is very polite, attentive, and prompt to assist(we nearly lost our car keys but the hotel team was very supportive in helping out). The restaurant has a brief but sufficient menu and all the food items that we tried out were deliciously prepared and served within no time. The rooms are spacious for two people, and if you get the ones on the upper floor then you can be assured of a great sea view. All the rooms on both floors have a sea view, regardless. The bathrooms are tastefully done. Maybe the bee linen and curtains could do with some re-thinking. It does not go with the feel of the resr of the hotel. However, the cleanliness of the linen is uncompromised. The nearest beach is very easy to get to. A 10 minute drive to the jetty and a 5 minute ride across the creek to the other side is all it takes to enjoy your time on the beach. If you are planning to drive down from Mumbai or Pune, I would highly recommend taking the Karad- Anuskura - Kankavli - Kudal - Tiracol route. The road is in great condition, is scenic once you are past the NH48 and Karad, and 100x better than the Ajra-Amboli route. Would like to appreciate the staff, especially James, Succorin, and others in the restaurant as well.

The fort was originally built by maharaja, taken over by Portuguese and now turned into a lovely boutique hotel. There are 7 rooms, each named after one day of the week. It almost feels like in Portugal. Lovely place for honeymooners or lovers with good service. The views are stunning overlooking the Arabian sea and the sandy beaches.

Amazing food prepared with fresh ingredients by well trained professional Chefs! Luxury Service! Very hospitable house staff, a huge car parking area, All of this on a Perfect Location creating The Wow Factor! Awesome Breakfast Menu consisting selection of various dishes from Traditional Goan, Indian, French to American/English full breakfast. A perfect Omelet, French toast, traditional Goan greens with hand made Goan pan fried bread (puri) were so yumm all prepared by Chef Joaquin (Breakfast Chef) and the drinks were refreshing too! It's a perfect place for you to spend time with your family or your love ones where the time stops looking at the awesome view. The ambience is very relaxing. Caraciol (Head of Service) is very Professional, very welcoming and also an amazing host. Mathew (server) is well trained and is doing a fabulous job on the service. Well done guys, keep going! You will definitely see more of us here.

We stayed for 1 night in room ‘Tuesday’ whilst holidaying in Goa. The room and bathroom were huge & very clean. The bed was also big and very comfortable. We had a balcony which had great views out to sea and whilst enjoying a late afternoon drink, saw several monkeys making their way through the trees. We also saw a pod of dolphins. Dinner and breakfast were very good and the staff, Sagar & Joel, were always on hand and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful and Iconic place to visit. We traveled from Canada and stayed at Fort Tiracol Heritage for 3 nights with my family. We had an absolutely lovely time at the Hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. Moreover, the breakfast was so delicious, with a huge variety of options. Team from security to ***agement was very professional, Gurrsharan, GM of the Fort Heritage hosted us very well. I am definitely recommending this place to families.
