This property is very outdated but had signs up that they were renovating. From my understanding this is now a Sonesta property and was formerly a Radisson. The light right outside of my room was blinking. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The outlets were so loose I couldn't plug in my curling irons. The shower curtain rod was broken which prevented me from closing the shower curtain. The sink was difficult to turn on. The phone didn't work. The carpet in the room was rolled. The lamps were missing the parts to plug in to the oitlet. I will say it was at least clean Sonesta properties are horrible and I would have never booked it had I know it was Sonesta. Hopefully with the renovations it will eventually be a nice property.

a a 1/5 just now on Google I booked a room for Sunday night 4/7 through an online agency and paid in full in advance. My flight was delayed so I called and told the front desk that I would be arriving at 1 am. Got there to be told they were sold out. It was the night before the solar eclipse so it looks like they sold rooms multiple times each time gouging prices. I had a hard time finding another hotel that night and ended paying close to $500 for it but least it was a decent hotel unlike the horror show I read in a lot of these reviews here. I would've totally been grossed out if I had to stay in this place. I hope they made enough off the eclipse to make them billionaires and save them from being cheap low lives. I eneded up spending more but it's so much worth it for my dignity and self respect. It sure feels good to not be enslaved by money.

The place is falling apart. Ceiling leaking in hallway. Floors feel uneven. Rooms have mold everywhere. We walked into our room, took pics, then asked for a refund immediately. They gave a refund right away without questioning anything. The front desk lady was personable and friendly.

This place was exactly what I needed for my trip. It is located near the airport, so if you need to travel to the city center, it takes a while. It was quiet and clean, so I had a good sleep. Some shops nearby.

My husband and I booked a day hotel to change and fresh up before a wedding. When I checked in, there was one towel but we both needed to shower and change after a long drive. I asked for more towels, and the employee said they don’t have more towels. I told my husband what she said and he went to ask for more towels and the same employee left three fresh towels in our door. I’m not sure what made her to act more respectful to a white men than to an Asian women. I called the hotel to address the issue the second day and left a voice message, and I never received an apology or a call back. I called their corporate center, and I never heard anything back. Just hoping this post would help you make a decision:)

This hotel is renting rooms that should be taken OUT OF SERVICE. As a single woman traveling alone I was put in a room with No Phone, A DEADBOLT that WOULD NOT LOCK, holes in the walls with Kleenex or Toilet paper shoved in them, filthy carpet, 2 yellow pillow cases, a filthy bathtub with cracks in the walk, no hair dryer, the small mirror missing over the vanity, an iron, but no ironing board, black dirt in the bed by the bathroom (bed bugs??), Wifi would not work, the smell of smoke in a Non Smoking hotel, 2 men tried to sell me ***** in the elevator, and no hotel manager in sight...just desk clerks who laughed at my complaints and would not move me to another room because this slum hotel was booked solid, along with every other hotel in the area. Radisson should pull their flag and this hotel should be no one's CHOICE!

We were all very disappointed with this Radisson. It was not well maintained. The beds were sloppily made. I also wouldn't call it exceptionally clean. It just felt dirty to us. We will be returning to Cleveland and will definitely stay elsewhere!!!

I booked this because it had "airport" in its name. I waited at the airport for 20 minutes before calling the hotel and being told there was no shuttle from the airport and if I read that it did on the internet it was wrong and the hotel was "working on" getting that information removed. I spent $32 for a shady taxi to get to the hotel. I got my room key, trudged to my room, and found the card did not work. I had to return to the desk and get another key which allowed me to enter my dingy room. The next morning I spent $17 on an UBER to return to the airport. It is about 6 miles away. At the end of the month I reviewed my credit card bill and found that the hotel had charged me twice. I got to spend 30 minutes of my life on the phone with them in order to have the "accidental" charge reversed.

BED BUGS Do not book here. After I checked in I went to my room and it looked like there was bug activity in the bed. So I left immediately and checked out. The front desk said no problem they won’t charge me. Now that I'm home I see that they have put through a charge on my credit card when the room was supposed to be paid already. Effectively I have now paid twice for a room I never used. TERRIBLE! Do not book here no matter how cheap it is.
