Premier Inn Nottingham City Centre (Goldsmith Street) hotel

Came for a late sunday evening meal in the restaurant and tried the jumbo prawn linguine. Compliments to the chef for such an excellent meal it was very delicious. Liv and Ell provided excellent customer service, was the cherry on top. Overall a great time and value for money!

Whilst the customer service and room standard was good. The water pressure was so low water trickled into the sink and the shower pressure was also appalling.

Great hotel if you’re looking for somewhere central! Lovely time there and the staff especially Kirsty and Lewis were great and really helpful when I asked about parking and getting some extra bedding! The food was great and reasonably priced. Defo recommend!

Currently staying for 3 nights with work Arrived on Friday night to be told I had been booked into an accessible room which I questioned if I could change the room to a normal double room to be told unfortunately as they were fully booked they couldn’t do anything, the ONE USB charging port by the bed doesn’t work and there was hairs found in the bath which isn’t nice, there’s no air con in any rooms so had to ask for a fan as the room had the radiator turned on when arrived so was like a greenhouse 🙃 especially during the sunny weather we had the last few days…. And if you like a quiet nights sleep the trams run up until 1am outside the window I understand it is an uncontrollable measure but when it is warm the windows need to be open to ventilate the room with no air con. I went down to reception this afternoon (Saturday) to tell them about my issues and was told “Unfortunately everyone has to stay in there allocated rooms, if you told us sooner we probably could’ve moved you” I told you yesterday! 🙃 Overall I’m disappointed with the service, and the attention to detail with this particular hotel! ☹️

For a hotel surrounded by many music entertainment venues within walking distance your customers don’t want to return from an enjoyable night out to find staff skiving early. Roping of access and turning the lights off before 10.45, hiding away then appearing at 11 saying nope can’t serve you and being obtuse about it? Night desk was kept waiting, did hear a colleague being called by walkie-talkie was hopeful that it was for me as I was kept waiting fir 10 minutes but no, both disappeared out the back, Rest of the stay as expected from this chain, clean, comfy

We were down to Nottingham for a family event and stayed at the Premier Inn in Goldsmith Street. The rooms were very clean and beds really comfy. The hotel is in a good position as the tramline stops near enough outside the hotel which can take you down to the city centre or a 10 minute walk to the Victoria Centre where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The Staff were very friendly and very accommodating, always smiling too made to feel very welcome. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there in future.

Paid £45 for a night here which was a very good price. We had a double bed and a single in the room. Only downside was the rooms were extremely hot and windows didn’t open - as stated on website they don’t have air conditioning but our friends were provided with a fan in their room but not us.

I used this hotel because I hadn't tried it before and it was cheaper than the other Premier Inns. The location was perfect, it was super convenient and I see myself returning!

The pillows were so comfy, the bed was amazing!! (I need one in my house) Housekeepers did a brilliant job. Friendly staff and definitely would come back again to visit Nottingham! Thank you so much to all team, especially the housekeeping!
