Very nice place and staffs are very helpful. Everything alright and surrounding environment is good. But I couldn't find the oven (only microwave) in the room. It will be much better if a washing machine is also equipped. The dear park must be visited. I recommend this hotel.

因為學生畢業季，酒店價格普遍較高。預訂時看到評價不錯猶豫後才做了選擇，但到達後比預期糟糕很多，類似學生公寓，無前台服務，衞生較差，床單配套感覺未做更換，僅放置一套自助使用！非常糟心的一次出行體驗。

到達酒店沒法進入，沒有發給我房間號和密碼，聯繫在線酒店管家，告訴説一直在溝通，30多分鐘過去了，給我一個英國電話，讓我自己打，自己聯繫，我問酒店管家這樣合適嗎，等了這麼長時間讓我再自己聯繫？管家告訴我：“我要是能給你聯繫還需要讓你自己聯繫嗎”，説的***漂亮。我就衹好自己聯繫，一連串的等待溝通，最後在我申請退單的情況下，給了我房間號和密碼。説實話英國這邊店家反應還是挺迅速。 酒店設施完全是簡陋，衞生根本談不上。床墊子非常糟糕是那種不平的軟彈簧床，自己去想像，一夜睡不着，沙發床就是沙發拉出來，極品的**。 絕對不建議入住。看似比星級酒店少了幾百塊但實在差。 良心實事評價。

My son lived here for the last year (Lewis Wilkinson), place is absolutely amazing , nice, clean rooms , very very good condition indeed, lovely place to live , close to notts university, the maintenance team, and ALL staff there are fantastic, cannot do enough for students, nice people that love there too, well respected staff -the staff go above & beyond -o would highly recommend this company without a doubt -well see you again. Booked 4 nights for business in Nottingham and found this little gem, the rooms are amazing and very modern, they even have a small kitchen which is great but I prefer to eat out. The location is in Canning Circus which is a 2 minute walk to centre of Nottingham where I needed to be. The decor is something I have not experienced in a very competitively priced hotel. I absolutely love the digital keypads with codes sent to my phone. Amazing place.

Great Apartment hotel, 10 min walk from the city centre, great location surrounded by pubs and shops, tesco is only a 5 min walk making it easy to buy groceries for your apartment. The room was very clean and up to standards, was provided with clean towels, body wash, washing up liquid, bin liners, sponge, toilet roll, hand wash, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating.. everything you would expect from a hotel. Note that it is a self catering hotel though so if you are staying for less than 7 nights you will need to get your own things. However I booked for 8 nights and received a free clean halfway through my stay, you will have to ask for this through messages. Always got a quick response when messaging the owner which was great! There is a small garden if you are a smoker with benches so you can sit and chill. The TV is smart so you can watch netflix, amazon prime, YouTube, itv ect or just normal TV which was amazing as I am strictly a amazon prime and netflix girly! The shower has amazing pressure it's literally like you're getting a massage and the bathroom in general feels as though you're in a spa, very modern decor! The only thing I feel could be improved is the temperature of the rooms, especially in winter, I stayed in January and the heating goes to 23° max which I thought was a little low for winter time, especially seeing as the floor is laminate, maybe add a small rug or turn up the heating to 25° so guests can be more comfortable, however I am one of those people who get cold very easy so it may just be me lol! Thank you so much for an amazing stay, will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

I have been staying here for 3 days a week since May 2023 and overall, I have to say that the accommodation is great, so my review is as follows. If you are driving get the Ringo Parking App on your phone as it makes the parking opposite much cheaper. It's less than 100 yards from the car park to the door. The Dwell has a system where you get a unique code to the front door and your room door (the codes are the same) so keep your code private. The hotel has a lift but it's been out of order all the time I have been there so it's stairs. You MUST ask for a ground floor room if you need one. I have had one every stay. When you get to your room the first thing you may notice is how clean it is, I have commented many times on the cleanliness. The hotel has a system where there is an iPad by the bed to run all the functions in the room the TV Air conditioning etc. At times I have struggled with the iPad but overall, it is good. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, Why they don't have instructions for the microwave I do not know, I have joked about it a few times. You cannot even see the make so you can get them yourself. I have used the microwave to warm up a meal more by luck than judgment The bathroom is great, very nice shower, and again very clean. So that is the Dwell, I am there next week I think its great accommodation with a couple of minor negatives but overall VERY GOOD

I booked Dwell for a few months from November 2022 through to March 2023 for workers on a project we had running there. The workers were there for a long time and really appreciated the accommodation had a kitchenette as part of the rooms as this enabled them to cater for themselves and save a lot of money. There is a Tesco right by the property too they could get their food from. The rooms were modern and very comfortable, centrally located for Nottingham and really reasonably priced; the workers loved it there. This was by far their favourite accommodation to stay at in Nottingham. we would all struggle if rooms weren't available! A massive shout out to Jeff, the property manager. He was incredibly helpful and a really lovely guy to deal with. I would 100% recommend this property, and Jeff made it so easy for booking rooms and any queries. Thank you so much Jeff for all your help ;-) I have sorely missed not having a duplicate of you and your accommodation whilst we have been running a project in Manchester! If ever we are working back in Nottingham, this is my and my workers ideal choice for accommodation.

This hotel is working smart and very clean. They have a small kitchen with good equipment and a small refrigerator. It is located in a nice area. Almost everything is around you. I send special thanks to Mr Jeff. He was friendly and cooperative.

My stay at Dwell City Living was excellent! The room was very comfortable and clean! It has a great location and very kind staff! The room is full of facilities. The place is close to city centre and has many different restaurants around. For sure, I recommend this place.

Very central location, everything within 10 minute walk. On a busy road so was worried about the noise levels but it wasn’t an issue. Rooms very comfortable and clean, well equipped with tv that had netflix, mini kitchen, clean bathroom etc. Only complaint i have is that there was no working lift. The lift said it was for luggage only. Not a problem for me and my partner but could be for older or disabled people, had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to apartment. Only other complaint is that the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom, it was not fully length and there was no plug for things like hair appliances. Struggled to get ready as had to use my phone camera to straighten my hair. Other than that no complaints, would stay again and reccomend to others.
