Very good experience with friendly staff that speaks English well. Very nice rooms and beautiful lobby to sit and have a coffee.

A very spacious room and a kind size bed way enough for two people. The room is quiet but the it’s a bit too hot even when we tried to turn down the temperature to 16 degrees. One major problem is water leakage. After showering, the water leaked into the toilet area and the bathroom, making puddles everywhere. Would consider staying here again if there are attractive offers.

I recently stayed at Le Méridien Zhongshan and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards expected from a Le Méridien property. The hotel shows clear signs of aging, and the upkeep is lacking in several areas. Room Condition: The room itself was spacious but had noticeable maintenance issues. The pillowcase had a visible stain, and the shower cabinet had dirt and grime buildup, which was disappointing for a hotel of this brand. The overall cleanliness could definitely be improved. Executive Lounge Service and breakfast: As a frequent guest of different properties in the Greater Bay Area, I found the executive lounge service here to be below par. The staff seemed less attentive compared to other locations, and the food and beverage selection was underwhelming. Location & Other Facilities: The hotel’s location is convenient, and the building has a classic charm, but the lack of proper maintenance and inconsistent service detracts from the experience. Conclusion: While the stay wasn’t terrible, I expected better from a Le Méridien. If the management invests in refurbishment and staff training, this hotel could be much more competitive. For now, I would recommend considering other options in the area unless significant improvements are made.

Good room people kind

The location is beside the mall, and restaurants, the menu of the breakfast buffet though needs improvement by changing some meals daily. But, excellent desk assistance and room service!

Room is very spacious, bed is comfy, clean and comfortable. Spa is good with reasonable price, discount with room stay.

Arrival and hotel lobby is well maintained. Guestroom shower is poorly design and constructed, water always overflow onto the vanity area. Food and services offered in All Day Dining is mediocre, staff needs to be better trained.

Damon is a very professional front desk servicing officer. He provided with an excellent communication and customer service which make ourselves have a wonderful customer experience. I am looking forward to seeing excellent performance from every front desk customer service officer at Le Meridien in ZhongShan.

A very good hotel at this value. Great location with supermarkets, shopping malls,coffee shops in walking distance. Staffs are friendly and proactive especially Chole. Will definitely stay with them again!

This is totally unbelievable that the bathroom water leakage is a known issue by their staff and unable to fix it during our stay.   There is no coffee machine in the room and hotel provide coupon to have the coffee at the lobby cafe and the staff told us that we need to wait for the coffee because they are cleaning the coffee machine.  The rest of the bar and restaurants are closed and only open between Friday to Sunday.  I will not stay in Le Meridien anymore in my upcoming trips.

The Le Meridien hotel in Zhongshan was a pleasant stay. We lived in a suite on the top floor and during our stay the hotel staff were extremely accommodating. The room was a little dusty at first but upon request it was perfectly cleaned. They were fast and super nice about everything. Great value for money.

One of the best hotel in ZhongShan! The quality is there and really enjoy it. The area is very well developed with amenities around like big mall and local shops. Location is a bit further out from city center so if you travel to/from city center will be not easy.

Hotel location is very convenient, there're shopping malls nearby. I've booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms has been upgraded to suite, very spacious and comfy. The variety for breakfast was great but the time to re-fill was slow, always a long queue for just a coffee cup.
