Hotel Pupin Novi Sad

Cosy & really clean room, well located within Novi Sad. The service at the front office was also personalized and friendly. Great shower.

因為看到圖片確實很不錯而且也沒去過塞爾維亞就定下來了比起倫敦快捷酒店的價格這個價格不高。地方不太好找。其實房間住的還可以也乾淨衞生。但真不能算五星級酒店因為連健身房都沒有更別説泳池了。比貝城的皇冠都不如。而且應該算當地最時髦的設計弊病床下的一圈夜燈是感應式的 衹要你把退不經意的伸到其範圍內其亮度基本是燈火輝煌。慢慢品哈。酒店位置在大廈裏和其他酒店寫字樓合併的門口有保安 負責的會問你去哪。五星級酒店合併寫字樓。慢慢品哈

The hotel fell far below expectations. Firstly, the entrance on the 1st floor with oddly placed signboards led to some confusion. Once you get past that and move to the 1st floor, the reception is not the most friendly area. We arrived before 2 pm and the luggage room could accomodate only 1 suitcase at the most. Post a slow check in, we headed to our rooms. The room layout was very nice but the modern amenities were just not upto the mark. The hotel advertises airconditioning but there is none. One can only alterante between heating and fan (controlled by an electronic panel at the reception). Ours unfortunately, wasn't working. Lack of ventilation made the room stuffy. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and they had no alternative room options. Having no backup of a hotel in place, we just stuck around and spent a very sleepless night in the hotel. Would not recommend the hotel at all.

Not exactly the entrance and layout that you would expect from a 5-star hotel: it is located in 3 floors of an office building, entrance is not so easy to find, reception small. Also normally a 5-star hotel would have a pool or spa, this one does not have any extras. You have to pay additional 15€ for parking a day. We stayed in King Suite and the interior and spaciousness was nice as well as amenities, breakfast - excellent!

Pupin Hotel seems to be an excellent choice for spending time in Novisad. Central location, luxury rooms, excellent prices. Very clean. Interesting interior design, with lights on ceiling and behind the bed - not very practical, in my opinion, but nothing disturbing or tacky. Excellent breakfast - the variety of the food was amazing, with lot of traditional dishes, very tasty. Novisad seems to be a city with an intense cultural life. Not only I liked the stay at Pupin Hotel, but I enjoyed the city centre architecture, parks, the Fortress (amazing overview)...A lot of young, beatiful people populate its streets, and their vibe is almost palpable. It's interesting to observe how my brain associated Pupin Hotel with their energy and vibe 😊

Hotel in a great location. Extremely pleasant ambience and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the food in hotel restaurant is absolutely amazing! Definitely the best hotel in Novi Sad. All recommendations.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in a superior double room. The room was very nice for the most part but had some serious flaws. On the plus side, the room was spacious, had a huge walk-in closet that could be locked and had a nice bathroom. The room was very modern, which was more of a negative than a plus. E.g. there are several motion-sensor lights that got on our nerves. There’s a bight one under the bed that comes on if you get up at night. It was extremely annoying. They also have a night light in something that looks like a disco ball in the ceiling. We’re full-grown adults, we don’t need a night light. The biggest problem is that the bathroom has a glass corner which allows you to see through the bathroom in to the shower and the toilet. See photo. It provides no privacy and we absolutely hated it. My wife was able jury-rig things by hanging up a coat and bathrobe to cover up the glass corner. (The hotel should give serious consideration to putting blinds in the bathroom to give people an option for privacy.) TV was a disappointment as it had a lot of channels but no English speaking ones. Breakfast buffet was not included in our room rate but was pretty good. Absent the bathroom privacy issue, I would have given the place a 5. We wouldn’t return, however, based on the current lay-out.

Very good new hotel in centre of Novi Sad. Big and clean rooms, with nice view in centre… Very good location, very very clean, nice and kind staff, parking, very good restoran Zak and Kalem … Highly recommend to stay when you go for a business or weekend.
