湖景一般，湖是黃的，剛好遇到一個節日，一直吵到半夜，體驗大打折扣。 酒店內部還是很棒的，裝修很有格調，不是那種浮於表面，質感、細節都到位。有種回到英國湖區和高地的感覺。 晚餐出品在線，但價格不便宜。覺得welcome drink茶不錯，又要了點，竟還被收了一壺的錢。第二天早餐點餐制，但就衹能點一份。黑咖啡免費，拿鐵就要錢…….雖説沒啥毛病，但體驗就很差。有點太摳唆了，也對不起1500+/晚的價格

湖景房實際上並沒有窗，有一扇後門到花園 湖景其實不大，花園挺好的 最難以忍受的是噪音，旁邊有個酒吧會喧囂到半夜，根本無法入睡 服務人員都很盡心，滿分

環境很好，在一個小山頂，位置不是中心位置，差不多要打車到鎮中心。空氣絕佳，湖景可以看到很美的景色。酒店是管家服務。

一次非常愉快的住宿！沒有前台check in ，直接管家幫你辦理好帶入房間。房間用的鑰匙真的是木質🔑！就是熱水不太穩定，洗一會會冷下來。游泳池室內的，可惜晚上六點後就不開了

Hôtel magnifique. Endroit paisible. Très bon restaurant. Personnel au top. Excellente expérience. Le lieu est vraiment beau. On ne se croirait pas dans un hôtel. Prévoir petite laine car on est en altitude ! Idéal pour la région. Le petit dej également bon et copieux.

Très bel hôtel de style, chambres spacieuses et très bien équipés. Personnel très attentif et sympathique, cuisine et petit déjeuner excellents. Très peu de chambres, donc pas de promiscuité. Terrasse et jardin avec vue sur le lac très agréable.

I was at W15 Lake Gregory with my family and friend and we slept there for 2 nights. Since the very beginning the hospitality was perfect and we were feeling like at home. The hotel is superb, clean, with a great design and quality of the furniture.: the service was at the same fantastic level. The Resident Manager, Mr. Raj and all the staff took care of us with professionalism and warmth. The second day it was my daughter’s birthday and we asked to organise an Afternoon Tea ( highly recommended to be tried) and the staff even prepared for us a very tasty chocolate cake. The hotel’s very well located and it has its own vegetable garden: vegetables and herbs are used in the kitchen and the result …. It is simply to try !) The rooms are big, nice, well equipped and the WiFi works perfectly. Thanks to all the staff!!! It was a perfect holiday.

What a beautiful boutique hotel. Situated just outside of central Nurawa Eliya overlooking the lake it a a gorgeous and welcoming place. Beautifully appointed and in a lovely garden setting, one instantly feels relaxed. On arrival you are warmly greeted by Mr Raj and the Butlers team of Lakisanka and Kireshan who ensured that nothing was too much trouble and that one’s stay was extremely comfortable. With only 6 rooms, th whites provided a lovely intimidate stay. The breakfasts were delicious and not only bountiful but also beautifully presented. We had dinner there on one of the nights and it was fabulous … the only criticism was that it was too much food but hubby didn’t complain. Most of the herbs and some veggies came from the hotel’s kitchen garden. The rooms are extremely comfortable and incredibly clean. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you are travelling to Nurawa Eliya this is the place to stay.

Had the opportunity to experience a nice afternoon tea at the hotel. Selection of sandwiches, pastries and sweets were filling and of good quality. These were served on an outdoor seating area, overlooking the lake. The butler/server Lakshan and property manager Jim were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend having the afternoon tea here.

This place is a hidden gem for afternoon tea or grabbing some delicious bites. The views are simply breathtaking! I also want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Lakshan, Mono, and Mr. Jim for their exceptional and friendly service. They made our experience truly unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel, small but perfectly formed. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed by Mr Raj the manager to leaving we were really well looked after. Lakisanka and Soyza provided brilliant service and made sure we had everything we needed. Surprisingly the bedtime hot water bottle was a real treat! Our large, well equipped room opened out onto the front veranda providing a lovely view of the lake.

I stayed at W15 Lake Gregory with my spouse during March 2025 and it was one of the most memorable stays in my life. The property is wonderfully located overlooking the lake Gregory with uninterrupted view. It's very easy to find the location as the they have placed direction boards at right places. The hotel provides very personalized service to their guests. The Manager, Mr. Raj and the staff are very sincere and thoughtful so much so that it feels like a second home. This is a perfect example of warm Sri Lankan hospitality. Thank you and looking forward to visiting again.
