This place was heavenly. The customer service was something you barely see anymore. Outstanding The beauty of the place will leave you breathless. I'm American but born to Jamaican parents and I've been to Jamaica dozens of times and lived there briefly for 2 years. I love coming to a place that feels like you're actually in Jamaica versus these commercialized places that feel like you're still in America. Let me mention the beautiful private beach and handmade carvings and furnishings everywhere you turn. It's clean and safe and I really unplugged. The bed is comfortable. Food at Christopher's was great. Klint, Elvis (gave us a grand tour and was available for whatever we needed) Randy the bartender, Tanisha the restaurant attendant, Venesha, and all the grounds people and the lady who cleaned our villa (Callaloo) were all very very pleasant and professional beyond words. This is my new favorite place to stay in Ocho Rios. Couples and sandals have went downhill over the years and the reviews show it. Big resorts have downsides. This place is the place to be. The saltwater pools and great wifi and beautiful trees, plants and foliage were unforgettable. I was here with my partner and we felt like family and no one made us feel unwelcomed. I'm gonna refer all my friends and family. I'll miss them until next time Hermosa cove.

Such a beautiful, private, and scenic property! Photos do not do justice to the tropical foliage around the villa and common areas. You feel like you are at home when staying at Hermosa Cove. The entire staff was beyond helpful and friendly providing us with a unique vacation experience.

If you’re looking for a customized, ultra select, boutique resort experience, look no further than HermosaCove. The staff was incredible (especially bartender Randy and server Venesha, as well as Klent and Danielle in the front office) . From the Chef to the cleaners to the Bellman and beyond. The food is also extremely delicious and healthy if you wanted it to be. They are so accommodating and are so amenable to creating a guest experience that is 5-STAR!!! We attended my cousin’s wedding a few years ago and were so excited to come back to celebrate her 70th! We also felt very safe with the drivers who were prearranged to come and get us from the airport. It was an overall INCREDIBLE experience, and we cannot wait to share it with the world!

This was our second trip to Hermosa Cove and we were not disappointed. This is our happy place. Beautiful nature, excellent food prepared by Chef Conroy, and the most gracious staff to make sure your every need is met. From kayaking and snorkeling, to trips into town and other excursions, we enjoyed every minute. We will defintely return!

Hermosa Cove exudes class without the stuffiness. It feels like home very very quickly. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing and warm winter vacation. Friends of ours HIGHLY recommended Hermosa Cove. They were spot on. While I knew it would be perfect for my husband, I was concerned it might be a little too quiet for me. I was wrong because of the warmth of the staff. They treat you like family and are genuinely interested in visiting with you each time you see them. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with Dalton as he drove us from the airport to the resort. Danielle and Klent in the office are amazing. Klent sorted out an issue with our booking company so we were able to book the villa we preferred and Danielle is just a kick in the pants as well as always available to help book anything we wanted. Chef Conroy and his crew! Oh my….the food and the service and food was so good, we never had a desire to try a different restaurant. The grounds….absolutely beautiful. You just have to see them to truly see how pretty they are. Everywhere you turn there is a quiet little nook to sit and experience peace and tranquility. If you’re considering Hermosa Cove, GO! I can’t imagine anyone regretting a stay here, it is a gem!

Hermosa Cove is a magical oasis. It is a lush and beautifully appointed natural space. The staff is warm, accommodating and delightful. The low number of guests that Hermosa Cove maintains allows you to To experience the quiet and peace throughout the grounds.

Klent Elson is by far the best host I have met in Jamaica we first met in 2019 The Hermosa crew went all out for me and my family then , and the manager Klent has remained consistent with his service all the time I have visited This march 28 2024 I call for a breakfast reservation and was welcomed with so much love and respect by Klent . I finally got the courage to ask him if he is the owner in this fine establishment was shock to learn he was not . I told Klent Elson That if I am booking again at any other time and he is not The host I we no longer be staying at hermosa I have stayed at hermosa more than 3 time either under my sons or daughter names but all the time we loved it. Thanks Klent and crew The Williamson’s family ///.

This is a special place for those who appreciate the peaceful surroundings of nature and unique private spaces. A lot of care has obviously gone into crafting the property and artistic gems can be discovered around every corner. The staff we interacted with were very accommodating and had a sense of pride being there which made us feel quite at home from day one.

My family spent 6 days at the Ginger house during our Spring break. Hermosa Cove was a perfect getaway that provided an incredibly beautiful resort, with a quiet intimate. boutique feel, and a staff that helped coordinate truly unforgettable memories. We loved Dolphin Cove, Blue Hole, and the snorkeling tour at the resort. If you prefer quiet getaways vs the large all-inclusive experience, I could not recommend Hermosa Cove more. Thank you Klent, Ian, Xaviar and the wonderful team at Hermosa Cove!
