放假太差勁了，都沒有充電插座，床又小，整個房間沒有空間，手機充電我在衞生間裏充的整個房間衹有衞生間裏有個插座，洗澡水衹有十五度，早餐吃的也不好，

We were part of a tour group. On arrival we were told there was no water. Our room was so small we couldn’t fit two suitcases in and had to climb over the bed to get to the window. The sink plug didn’t work. We asked to change rooms. This was slightly larger but the door had been broken and so we had to use a key instead of a key card. The shower attachment was broken. The sink plug still didn’t work, but others in our group had no sink plugs at all. The water came on two hours later but there was no hot water. Hairdryers didn’t work, there was one channel on the TV, Wi-Fi was terrible, the sockets sparked every time we put a plug in, the lights were awful, no bedside lamps only a dingy light over the bed which you had to get out of bed to turn off, the duvets hardly covered the bed. Couples were given small twin bedded rooms, singles were given larger rooms with double beds. There was NO HOT WATER for the THREE NIGHTS we stayed here. The rooms didn’t get cleaned. There was NO APOLOGY from the management and NO GESTURE OF GOODWILL. In fact, they weren’t in the least bit apologetic. Oh and there was a swimming pool - but it was out of action. The only redeeming feature was a passable breakfast and the location. This hotel should be closed down and completely refurbished. Totally unacceptable.

While Ohrid is an amazing town, this hotel was disappointing. The rooms were dated and cleanliness was suspect. The location is on the promenade about a 10 minute walk from the town center on a main street with hotels and restaurants, so it is convenient. Music is loudly played at nights but be aware that the music lasts later on Friday and Saturday nights, so a good night sleep is not possible for anyone in the rooms over the hotel restaurant.

Food was Ok and the location was close to see Ohrid Room hygiene was bad and sheets were dirty in the wardrobe We could not take our meals to outside caffe area of hotel and last day a lady was rudely warned not to take leftovers of herself to the tour bus It’s in our culture not to waste food so we tried to consume every inch of food and take them with us but staff in restaurant was rude and noisy

Dawno nie miałem do czynienia z tak koszmarnym hotelem. Zwłaszcza, że twierdzi, że ma 4 gwiazdki. 2 to byłoby zbyt wiele. Pokoje mikroskopijne i w fatalnym stanie. W pierwszym który dostaliśmy (115): nie działała klimatyzacja, uszkodzona była lodówka, zepsuta szafa nie zamykała się co przy wielkości pokoju uniemożliwiało jakakolwiek komunikacje. Pewnie dla równowagi drzwi na balkon nie otwierały się. Ogólny obraz klęski dopełniał ogólny fatalny stan higieniczny pokoju, a zwłaszcza łazienki. O takich „luksusach” jak szklanki nawet nie wspominam. Po długiej awanturze w recepcji udało się uzyskać zmianę pokoju. W nr 119 wprawdzie lodówka dalej nie działała i panował dość nieortodoksyjny poziom czystości ale za to klima była sprawna. I były szklanki. Nie było natomiast drugiego kompletu ręczników. Ale nie można mieć przecież wszystkiego. Przez 7 dni pokój nie był sprzątany ani razu. Ani razu nie wymieniono także ręczników (drugiego dnia po kolejnej interwencji doniesiono drugi komplet ręczników). Za to nie było problemu z papierem toaletowym: wystarczyło pójść do recepcji i… przynieść do pokoju. Przypominam: 4 gwiazdki! Śniadania - smaczne. O ile ktoś cierpi na bezsenność. Bo wydawane od 7 już koło 7:45 zaczynały świecić pustymi bemarami. A, teoretycznie, serwowane są do 10.

Hotel velho, mal conservado, sujo. Não merece mais que uma estrela. Não queriam deixar o ônibus do tour estacionar para deixar as malas. Um único elevador. Tudo cheira mofo. Hotel com a mais baixa nota da viagem. Resumindo um lixo. E a localização não é tão boa assim, fica na parte feia do lago

Garsonlar kaba ve hizmet sıfır. Berbat bir otel. Odalar dökülüyor. Bedava hizmet ediyor gibi davranıyorlar. Gitmenizi tavsiye etmem. Hizmet ve misafir anlayışı olmayan bir otel. Yemekler de oldukça vasat
