Nous avons passés un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel accueillant qui fait bien son travail. Les piscines sont aussi belles que sur les photos et les chambres aussi. Les cocktails disponible à la piscine sont très bons. La seule chose un peu décevante a été le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas incroyable mais qui reste correct. De plus sur les draps de la chambre il y avait du sang (lavé mais qui ne partait pas). Mis à part ça nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cet hôtel

Tesise son seyahatim bundan 5 yıl önce olmuştu ve o zamandan beri bir fırsat yaratıp nasıl tekrar ziyaret ederim diye düşünmekteydim. 2021 yılında pandemi koşulları altında biraz tereddüt ederek gittim. Ancak, otel yönetimi ve çalışanları tarafından misafirlerin bu endişeleri fazlasıyla göz önünde tutularak gerekli önlemlerin gerek ortak alanlarda gerekse odalarda fazlasıyla alınmış olmasını görmek beni güvende hissettirdi. Personelin de aynı şekilde hijyen kurallarına uyuyor olması ve maskelerinin altından dahi o her zaman ki güler yüzlü servisini görmek PineHill 'i tatil destinasyonu olarak tekrar seçmemde ne kadar doğru bir karar verdiğimi gösterdi. Restaurant'ın da ağırladığım otel dışından gelen misafirlerimin bile yemeklerinden büyük övgüyle bahsetmesi tesisin her anlamda muadillerine nazaran işlerine ne kadar profesyonel yaklaştıklarını bir kez daha kanıtlamış oldu. Geçirdiğim 5 mükemmel gece için teşekkürler. Şimdi İstanbul'a fiziken ve mental olarak tamamen rahatlamış bir şekilde dönüyor olmanın sevinci ile, tekrardan en yakın zamanda görüşmek ümidiyle...

Highly recommended, the staff were amazing. Great room. We were bed and breakfast but eat there for dinner with our friends and had the chief special. A kind of kebab/ stew cooked in a pot beside a wood fed fire for 5 1/2 hrs. It was the best meal I've had in years.

Although the hotel was not yet open. The chill pool was so we spent a couple of days during our stay there. Lots of old faces are back 😁 All I can say is lots to look forward to this year. It was a hive of activity…. Lots going on & lots of changes… finally what we’ve all being waiting for. Pine hills is back on the map I’m sure 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Little Gem in Hisaronu, Oludeniz. Me and my husband had an amazing time here. Food was lovely, staff are helpful and friendly and the hotel is very peaceful and serene. We stayed in a very nice villa with kitchenette. Overall, we love the place and book there again. Their spa is amazing, the 2 ladies in the spa made us feel so welcome and we feel VIP. We did try the Turkish Bath & Massage, it’s highly recommended! Oludeniz is a magical place and will return with the kids soon.

Had a deluxe room. Not deluxe at all. No balcony. Key card holder falling apart. Bed large. Sheets grubby looking. I didn’t feel clean and cosy in bed. Bathroom was filthy. Poo stained toilet brush made me feel sick. Thick black mould all around the shower rim. Don’t think it had had a good clean for years. Pool area was ok. Beds were old and not that clean IMO. The bar area has fallen into disrepair. Dangerous even. Breakfast was basic. Gone are the BBQ nights and Sunday roasts. The one good think lunch was good and plentiful. That’s the only positive I can give. Stayed here 5 years ago it was brilliant. Not any more.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at Pine Hills, we paid for a pool view room that also had a view of the mountains so felt very spoiled. Location is brilliant, literally a few minutes walk away from the *****! Huge thank you to the staff who are attentive and personable. Apoo, Diren, Sinan, Murat and receptionist Taner are wonderful people that always make the effort for conversation and make sure we have everything we needed! Service around the pool, at breakfast or evening meals is exceptional. The food portions are huge and absolutely delicious, we ate lunch there most days just because the quality and price was so good. But liked to explore on the evenings. The cleaners were fantastic, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Sometimes fancy swans and hearts made out of towels which was a nice touch. Breakfast is reasonable with some traditional Turkish options and fresh eggs available to order (omelettes are tasty) Overall a wonderful hotel, staff are very hard working but always friendly. We are almost frightened to try anywhere new because this is hotel is difficult to live up to, thank you for a lovely holiday xxx

Great hotel with a great location. The staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The suites are incredible and really luxurious. The reef bar is great, Sharif is brilliant, such a funny person. Prices in there are really good 45 lira for a large effes beer. Would definitely stay in this hotel if we are to go to Hisaronu again.
