Chambre qui sent le renfermé. On ma donné un lit sal pour ma fille sans draps sans coussin pas du tout confortable on ma donné un prix à la réception et quand j’ai demandé les draps pour le lit de ma fille on ma dit qu’ils se sont trompé du prix de la chambre et qu’il faut rajouter

Everything was very good. The location of the hotel is very close to everywhere. Sea, restaurant, bar etc.. The quality of the food is not bad... The service was very nice. F&B manager Gökhan and team Thanks.. The cleanliness of the room was nice. See you again

Recently stayed at this hotel with family, lovely hotel and staff are very friendly, shoutout to Toni-food attendant and Sam- barman both were great people and made the holiday a pleasure with they’re welcoming smile and friendly service throughout the day so big thumbs up to Toni and Sam :)

Lovely looking hotel, friendly and welcoming staff, except for the entertainer called ‘Tyson’ was very pushy and way to friendly, all he cared about was money, did not leave me and my family alone the whole holiday, would sit with us by the pool and when we was eating, even ate food of my little brothers plate, comes across as friendly at first but he’s not trustworthy. Rest of the staff was lovely.

Honest review - Hotel is very scenic with beautiful flowers and Mountain View’s. Most rooms look over the pool. Beach about 10 minute walk. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Bedrooms are clean and very comfortable beds, tip to bring your own travel kettle, tea ,coffee (this is not a big deal to bring your own). Pool is big and clean, also baby pool. all inclusive drinks (vodka gin beer) are basic but we had no complaints. Only downfall is the food. Not much of a selection would be good if they made pancakes for breakfast especially for kids. Lunch & dinner more of a selection. Otherwise we had a lovely week staying at the Alize Hotel. Would defo go back.

the restaurant staff were amazing, especially the young boy Hamza he was always so friendly and on the ball, he was absolutely amazing, the staff at this hotel are so friendly and welcoming, the reception staff aswell, they always said good morning and goodnight when walking past, very friendly

What can I say, just come home after 10 days at the Alize and we had a fabulous time. I have stayed before but it was my husband’s first time. The hotel was lovely, great position, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful always ready to lend a hand. Food and drink were absolutely fine and we always managed to find something to eat, with amazing salads and bread out every day. A great Turkish bath on the first day meant the holiday started on a high. Thanks to all the staff.

Had an amazing time beautiful hotel very friendly staff particularly the Manager Givenc. He was so helpful to me and my friend and was very accommodating when we wanted to keep the room until our departure. Overall a fantastic holiday. Hospitality and food were spot on.
