A wonderful trip gone wrong. Returning from a wonderful experience in Maui, Hawaii was horrible, no horrific. The gang of women with unpleasant attitudes, unprofessional approach, and an unexplainable distribution of communication. While at the check-in kiosk for seconds in counting, OGG Airport gang of women (not men) approached me regarding clothes. Now, here's the scene..ight color pants, tshirts with sleeves, and a longer shirt over it all for comfy flying purposes (cold air). The gang of women not only harassed me about my clothing, they decided they would not contact the manager as requested and continue to stand in a group with continuing of the harassment as I attempt to check in. After some length of time and to avoid the continua of harassment from this group of women who chose not assist or harass other customers at kiosk, I was able to locate a see through dress(🤔) which made no sense based on the states cause of the harassment -dress code. Remember what I originally arrived in, dress for a 9-hour plane ride with a connection for another 4-hours. Hawaii is or was known as the palace of paradise with a significant amount of money spent the week of Thanksgiving and more. The group of women harassing me as the passenger/customer then went on to literally toss my suitcase extremely hard onto the belt. After traveling for 13- hours not including lay over time, I go to retrieve my bag trying to recover from the harassment of the Hawaii staff at OGG Airport on 11/29/21 after such a beautiful trip gone left. Uncanny, my official airport/TSA approved lock was not found with no inspection documentation or status of the lock to be located. Overall, it seems this group of women did everything in their powers to humiliate a UA customer. I can say the group trips, recommendations, upcoming wedding plans or anything relating to Hawaii will be cancelled to avoid this God forsaken experience for family, friends, business partners. Retreat 2022 not happening here as planned.
