Great location , good food , excellent rooms , top notch service. Reception person Sanjay is very friendly and helpful. View outside the hotel is mind blowing . I recommend this hotel to couples and family . There is sufficient parking and restaurant have a great view and morning buffet is also good .10/10 ❤️

First of very impressed with the theme of the place. As an avid Sherlock homes reader it's like entering a dream. The location and ambience are very nice. The landscaping caters to every dream photo shot you would look for. Let's just call it an Insta fantasy land. Had an amazing experience with out stay. Ours was a girls trip and felt very safe .The staff are very courteous and helpful. We were drenched in rain on one of our visit days - Mr. Sanjay, Mr. Bala & Mr. Dinakaran ensured that we were provided with hot water bags, room heater and other essentials to ensure we had a comfortable stay.All the amenities listed were available. Breakfast is 10 on 10. Loved the South Indian cuisine. 11/10 for the vadas. One unexpected but a very pleasant surprise was the nature walk organised by the property. Had a lovely walk in the wild and got to experience the biodiversity in person. Fortunately for us we could spot some endemic and rare bird species like the Nilgiri pipet and could experience the warning call of Sambar deer. Would have loved to have a longer trek. (Newly added adventure to our bucket list )

We have been to Ooty more than a dozen times and I must admit that this time was the most memorable- all thanks to Sherlock. This place is magical! Everything here is so picture perfect...the landscaped garden, the rooms, the bathroom, the bed, the vibe and most importantly - the lovely people who host this property! Starting from the Manager Mr. Sanjay who is simply amazing with all the guests, Mr. Bala , Mr. David, Showvik and Chandra from Security were so helpful all the time. Its team work at its very best! We stayed here for 3 nights as a couple ***** with our pet and we had a wonderful time here. Plenty of space for us and our pet... Bed is very comfortable and the buffet breakfast is simply awesome. Not too far away from the city and we happened to make friends with some of the nicest people here..Just book this place- you will not regret it!

The place is cozy and awesome.we had a pvt sit out as we were travelling with a pet...all concerns were taken care of and the food is homely and nice...the staff were courteous and friendly. They took care of our pet needs too.we thank each and every staff for the wonderful stay they provided
