Très bon hotel, propre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire !

Le service était correct mais j'ai définitivement eu mieux. Je n'ai pas vraiment ressenti de chaleur et d'accueil lors de mon enregistrement ou quoi que ce soit du genre. Du moins, pas de la part de la jeune femme qui m'a enregistré de toute façon. Mais la dame de l'équipe du matin avait une super personnalité ! L'installation était passable mais certainement pas de quoi se vanter du tout ! Cet hôtel a vraiment besoin de quelques améliorations majeures. Plus précisément les lits, les toilettes, les pommes de douche, la baignoire, le lavabo, disons toute la période de la salle de bain ! Je ne peux vraiment pas faire de commentaire sur la nourriture car je n'ai même pas eu l'occasion de l'essayer. Je suis arrivé pile à 9h30 et ils avaient déjà tout installé. La chambre a rempli sa fonction pour une nuit mais je ne serais pas pressé d'y retourner de si tôt, c'est sûr !

dans l'ensemble, bien, mais c'était plutôt ennuyeux que de nombreuses chaînes que je voulais regarder soient uniquement en espagnol, y compris toutes les chaînes HBO, etc. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre. une banane ou une pomme au petit-déjeuner aurait été un ajout intéressant et abordable et comme je ne consomme pas de produits laitiers, je n'avais aucune alternative d'aucune sorte pour mon café et c'était décevant.

L'hôtel est correct, assez satisfaisant, mais le prix est un peu élevé

Average room with average service. Only stayed for a night but probably will not stay again in the future.

I booked this hotel from 4-7 July to have a resting place after a long day in universal studio. We took a LYNX bus 42 from MCO airport, 45mins to 1hour and walk around 15 minutes to hotel. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus(20 seater bus) to go to universal studio Orlando at 8.25am(only one timing and will go to other nearby hotels to pick up passengers) and pick up at 6pm(only one timing) from universal studio. I highly suggest to wait at the hotel entrance 10-15 mins before the pick up timing to get seats. No advance reservation needed. Uber less than 10USD back to hotel. We got room 313. Two queen beds, bed is comfy and enough pillows. Enough clothing racks/hanger. Only mini fridge is available in the room. No water kettle. Microwave only available at the front desk Cleanliness was good, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bathroom amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, only hard boiled egg, cereals, milk, yoghurt, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, jams, cream cheese, and oatmeal. Free coffee, tea, and hot water 24 hours. Hotel location is pretty far from all attractions. Need to drive or take uber to go to malls and attractions Universal studio 45mins walk from hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.The staff were incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

nice experience, good service

We had a leak in our shower or something , that kept our floors wet . They knew about it on our 1 st day because they had blowers blowing when we came in from work . Next night , no blowers and wet carpet and bathroom floors ! Parking was full , we were working 14 hour days , getting back to room @12 midnight made hard to park Beers were 6$ a piece Coffee wasn’t hot just luke warm every morning Bed was comfortable Air was set on 64 degrees but would kick off So , your cold then hot , cold then hot Light mold on. Ceiling on bathroom Not a bad place to lay your head though

I love my stay there with my son everything was excellent.coming back soon ,the front desk staff was very helpful and good ,breakfast was great and the cleaning staff!!!Retired from Orange County School System..2020 went back as as a part time tutor last year.. love you all💕🙏.

The hotel is good, neat and also in a good location, I have nothing to complain about

Nice staff. Disappointed that breakfast was all COLD food. They had plenty of space on the counter for hot food chafers to accommodate hot food. Not impressed with their free breakfast.

Nice place in near-proximity to the the theme parks and MCO airport
