Avis : Universal's Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites

Excellent emplacement et très pratique pour tous ceux qui visitent Universal Studios. Les piscines sont incontournables et l'hôtel est globalement très sympathique. Points forts : navette aéroport (payante, Universal ShuttleStar), transport en bus vers Citywalk toute la journée toutes les deux minutes (inclus), entrée anticipée au parc (inclus), piscines ouvertes jusqu'à 22h, marché et Starbucks dans le hall. Et le plus gros avantage pour moi était le fait qu'ils n'ont pas de règle d'enregistrement stricte : tant qu'ils ont une chambre disponible, vous pouvez vous enregistrer (si vous voyagez à des heures folles avec des enfants, cela rend tout la différence!). Le personnel est super, très sympathique et serviable malgré le fait que l'hôtel soit toujours très occupé. Les chambres sont propres - vous n'êtes pas servi tous les jours mais vous pouvez demander n'importe quoi et elles vous laissent à votre porte. Encore une fois, même si l'hôtel était très fréquenté, les enfants couraient partout, tout était propre à tout moment. J'y retournerai certainement.

A lovely hotel to stay in. Close to all the attractions. The hotel should cater to vegans more. But the rest of the services are great.

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

Of the four elevators only two were functioning. So there was always a wait for them.

フードコートに電子レンジがあり、ソーダをリフィルできる機械では水や氷が入れられた。 水は臭くなくて飲みやすかった。 シャトルバスが出ていてパークまでのアクセスも良く、値段の割にはとても充実したホテルでした。 ウォルグリーンが近く日用品の買い物に便利だし、IHOPなどの飲食店もホテルの近くにありました。

ディズニー後なので、サービスは1ランク下げて4になってますが、ホテルの中ではかなり良いです(ディズニーの接客が良すぎた！) 施設充実度は満点レベル。大きいプールには卓球台や砂浜まである。 スタバ、ダイニングもあり遅くまでやっているためパーク後の夜ご飯も好きなものを食べれます。野菜も豊富であり、お米もあるので日本人も気に入るはず！

유니버셜 얼리 엔트리 + 셔틀 타려고 투숙했습니다 ㅎㅎ 객실 자체는 넓고 뷰도 탁 트여 있어서 큰 캐리어 두개 넓게 써도 문제 없었어요~~ 수영장도 큰 풀 두개라서 깨알같이 물놀이도 하고 잼께 놀았어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 단점은 화장실이 좁고 샤워기에 약간 녹슬어 있어서 쓰는 내내 찝찝했습니다 ㅜ 사진 남겨둘 걸 아쉽네요 ㅜ 그거빼곤 다 좋았습니다

房間挺大的，但是酒店辦理入住挺慢的，排大隊，房間很多，人也很多，隔音不好，挺吵的，夜裡旁邊住着貌似兩個外國人特別鬧騰，後來我們投訴，酒店説人多換不了房間，衹能提醒一下旁邊客人，後來跟攜程反應，攜程很負責任，跟酒店進行了溝通，説如果再吵，第二天早上十點給換房間，但是後來旁邊沒有再吵，所以也沒換房間。在此感謝攜程的服務，點個贊👍

酒店離環球很近，也有接駁車，房間大，樓下有泳池和沙灘，吃飯有簡餐，也可以叫外賣，酒店還可以買環球的VIP門票，一日兩園無壓力，推薦

셔툴버스때문에 더 좋았어요 호텔 위치도 좋고 내부에 모든게 구비되어 있어 편했습니다. 특히 바가 작지만 룸 가기 전 칵테일 한잔 좋았어요

房型很滿意，服務和整體都很滿意。 房間內的空調特別吵、隔音也很差，隔壁娃夜裡哭、樓道里聊天全聽得一清二楚。 酒店沒有牙膏和牙刷、但配置了微波爐咖啡機餐具十分齊全。 行李保管每件5塊錢 整體還是很好的酒店，下次依然會選擇這裏。

시설이 너무 좋아요~^^ 완전 만족했습니다.유니버셜 얼리버드 혜택뿐 아니라 객실 컨디션도 좋고 시설 완전 괜찮아요
