strong wifi, comfy bed, complete toiletries, great location, walking distance from the osaka castle, very close to train station and the city mall , super duper friendly receptionist (miss Yasuhara Nao in the front office is one of the best front liner I meet) , she is helpfull, full smile and cheerfull .. she also understand indonesian very well .. only one thing, this hotel is very strick about the time, they didnt allow you for early check in without early confirmation. but we may take shower and placed our luggages there before take a simple walk / city tour while wasting time for chek in ..

The room is not that big but is enough for 2 people. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast buffet was good.

Located near the station, a good business hotel, everything is there, ideal for basing and exploring the region. Breakfasts are Japanese, delicious. Wi-Fi is good. Ideally located for visiting Kyoto.

Good experience, hotel was located in a convenient location. We were able to store our luggage for the day after we had checked out.

The room a little small, but clean. Amenities are more than enough. Was a great stay.

Good location (10min walk from subway station), clean room, comfortable beds, spacious room (for Japanese standards and 3 people), clean facilities, amazing breakfast buffet and Friendly staff

It was great location, but room itself was average in cleanness and size. Air con was not great for hot summer and bathroom and shower were a bit old. Generally, it is an average hotel with great location (close to station).

Overall a good hotel to stay, but room air con is not that good

Very convenient location for traveling via subway and for a pleasant walk to Osaka Castle.
