The hotel location is good and the front desk staff is very friendly, the room space is acceptable only thing is the toilet is a bit small for me.

Cleanliness is great with location that is near to namba station and dotonbori. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There are a few eatery around the hotel but did not try it due to eating at other places. Amenities are not a lot but good enough for us. I also love the sense of humour when the cleaning staff put the cat doll that we won the other night on our bed 😂

Hotel Location is very good easy to walk to Dotonburi The room big enough.

Room was surprisingly and pleasantly big and spacious. We opened luggages, bags and still walk around easily. The only area that is cram is outside the toilet, which is located to the right of the beds. As the door opens toward the beds the space to navigate with the opened door is small for anyone which a bigger build. Toilet is bigger than a twin room toilet. Location of the hotel is superb for travellers who are keen to be walking around shinsaibashi, Dotonburi and Namba area.

Very friendly and nice receptions, quite spacious considering very near to the shopping street.

日本整體都乾淨，酒店雖小，但該有的洗浴用品和書桌電視啥的，都有，主要是離道頓堀很近，走幾步就到了，所以很方便。

設施:酒店環境優美，設施到位，有餐廳可以做飯 服務：酒店服務非常好，前台非常熱心，遇到問題會及時處理 衞生：十分整潔

호텔 공식 홈페이지도 공사 중이고 공식 메일도 없어서 국제 전화로 예약 확인을 해야 했지만, 걱정했던 것이 무색하게 서비스도 룸도 기대 이상이었어요. 같이 간 어머니도 캐리어 두 개를 전부 펼쳐놓을 수도 있고 공간이 넓다고 굉장히 좋아하셨어요. 화장실이야 작다는 건 미리 알고 있었는데, 165-170cm 사이 신장대의 여성에게는 충분한 크기였어요. 커튼에서 꾸리꾸리한 냄새가 나는 점 빼고는 정말 정말 모든 점이 만족스러웠습니다!

직원들이 아주 친절했습니다. 호텔이 도톤보리 중심부에 있어서 관광 중에 호텔에 들를 수 있을 정도로 위치가 좋았습니다. 방을 두개 썼는데 하나는 좀 춥고 새벽에 길거리의 소음이 잘 들려 시끄러웠고, 하나는 따뜻하고 소음이 안느껴졌습니다. 객실별 편차가 있는 것 같습니다. 화장실은 좀 작긴했으나 일본의 대부분의 숙소가 화장실이 작기도 하고, 짧게 머무는거라 괜찮았습니다. 무엇보다 친절하고 위치가 좋아서 다음번에 오사카에 가게 된다면 다시 이용할 의향이 있습니다.

房間很寬敞，衞生也不錯，隔音也不錯，睡得很好。位置方便、出門就是道頓堀，離心齋橋站步行10分鐘左右，逛過去正好。

櫃檯人員十分親切，check out後得知我們有東西遺落在上一間飯店時，很熱情的幫我們打電話詢問，也順利拿回來了！而且飯店要去心齋橋也很方便！

可能酒店年頭長 設施很多都有老化 工作人員服務態度很好 反應問題及時來解決 解決不了也是很好跟我們道歉 衞生做的還可以 空調看了一下很乾凈
