The breakfast is very nice, and the price is reasonable. The staff is helpful and sincere as well. The room space is good, with the toilet and bathroom separate. I love the lounge with traditional decoration and music boxes.

We love this hotel, overall everything was so good. Everything is digital and chic.
I believe Hoshino Resorts is really setting up a good standard.
The only thing I would complain is the car park, limited space right outside of the hotel only. There is a car park next door but it was very icy and during our stay so we had a rough time moving the luggage to the hotel. It would have been nice, if we know this in advance.

Check in was smooth and they let us to store our luggage as we arrived early than 3pm. It has a big bed in the room but took up most of the space, so hard to lay out the suitcase. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was nice.

The stay in OMO5 was an excellent experience. Start from reception arranging us where to park our car, to details of helping us to arrange restaurant was very touching and appreciated.
The atmosphere, deco, cleanliness was all tip top better than what we expected.
Thanks to the house team who did their effort to make our stay memorable

The hotel was brand new, so everything were at good condition. Location was great, 10 mins walk from JR Station, and main Street. Advice to go main street earlier, as most shops close around 5pm
