Avis : Mason Pine Hotel Bandung

Les installations et le service de l'hôtel étaient parfaits. Il est préférable d'y séjourner en dehors des vacances ou des week-ends. Nous avions réservé trois chambres, toutes situées dans l'aile Mason. Malheureusement, la chambre 1614 dégageait une odeur nauséabonde, comme une odeur d'égout provenant de la salle de bain. En revanche, les deux autres chambres étaient parfaites, sans odeur.

hospitality is wonderful, very communicate. playground the pool clean dan beautiful.  amenities didn’t has comb in it, baby chair hard to find and limited availability on weekend. and i’m pretty sick when i told baby meal at the breakfast to be steamed but kitchen heat it in microwave and looked very dry.

Wonderful experience! The location is excellent, being just 3 km away from the high-speed train station, making it super convenient for travelers. The hotel is also very kids-friendly, with plenty of activities that kept kids entertained. The dinner and breakfast buffet were exceptional, offering a wide variety of food options. I especially loved the BBQ, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great place for families to stay, with great food and a fantastic location. Highly recommend!

The hotel is so nice and new. The bed is so comfortable. The hotel vibe is nice and service was really good. The swimming pool has a waterpark where kids can enjoy. It also has a small kids club. They also provide a free shuttle from hotel to padalarang station where you can grab train ride to Jakarta. Really enjoyed our stay!

The best hotel, comfort also healing as well. Hugh of land, plenty of facilities and activities, speally for kids.the itself suitable for family and friends with kids gathering ....

Clean hotel with good facilities. The only downside is that it is far from any tourist attractions. Location suitable for staycation.

This place is great for family with young children. Even have kids Spa. Service is tip top. Away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. Get to see mountainous view right from the room.

Service was good. many activities for the kids. pool is also quite big to accommodate everybody. my recommendation if possible, since studio 7 is under your management as well, to provide shuttle to go back and forth between hotel and studio 7 where my nannies stay.

Excellent hotel, great breakfast, nice pool, great area to walk around with many exotic plants. Room was nice, clean and well maintained. Staff very polite, helpful and efficient.

Our trip was amazing, not only easy transportation to the hotel, but also the whole hotel experience. The service was excellent, the food suited our family taste, and the hotel facilities were many. What a great weekend getaway.

Mason Pine Hotel in Bandung offers a blend of modern comfort and nature's tranquility. There's 2 towers, Mason and Pine. Apparently Mason Tower offers more spacious rooms. The staff's hospitality and the hotel's cleanliness add to the overall positive experience. Their housekeeping service was awesome! We came back at the end of the day with super clean room. However, no iron and board provided. You need to request. Location wise, it's further away from the Bandung City but about 15min to Padalarang Station. We shifted to this Hotel after 2 nights at city area as we intended to take Whoosh at Padalarang to Jakarta. To add on, they prepared a birthday cake in celebration of my birthday. Overall, it's a delightful choice for those seeking a serene getaway amidst Bandung's beauty.
