Avis : Lacol Khao Yai - A Chatrium Collection

Eveything is great except the bathroom smells stinks like unflushed toilet. For the breakfast its buffet but i suggest to have like fried chicken instead spicy chicken for kids. Overall 4/5. For dome menus, i suggest the ribeye or any meat must be served hot not cold.

The service was excellent, and the staff paid great attention to detail, making every effort to provide helpful information for our stay. The place is beautifully decorated and clean. We booked a family room on the first floor, which allowed us to easily walk out to the swimming pool and other communal areas. The food was delicious, and we were impressed with everything throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Check in / out was smooth and the environment is nice! There is discount on F&B and the minibar is free.

Booked this hotel based on good reviews especially many mentioned good breakfast. We didn't like it. Most food are cold. Eggs are all pre cooked. Pork and chicken congee no heat up. Also tables are not clean fast. Room toilet is not clean. There are mould and stain. Room is average. For TV, no English movies. Only thai local programmes. Very boring as we wanted to chill in the room watch movies. Water bottles is free for 2 bottles. Additional bottle will be charged 20B. We didn't enjoy the stay much. Will we come back again? No. There are other better resorts. Overall I'm not impressed with this hotel. There's a EV charger in the hotel.

The bedroom floor is sticky, the room i feel is not very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great

Great place! Fantastic and friendly staff! A bit expensive but definitely clean and nice. Best location for the national park if one has a car! Some good eating options in the neighborhood too. Wide breakfast spread which was great
