Novotel Palembang is easily one of the best 5-star hotels in Palembang! Its prime central location makes it a perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions and business districts. The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors. While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely choose Novotel again on my next trip to Palembang! Novotel Palembang adalah salah satu hotel bintang 5 terbaik di Palembang! Lokasinya strategis di pusat kota, dekat dengan tempat wisata dan pusat bisnis. Kamarnya luas dan nyaman, cocok untuk relaksasi. Makanannya juga lezat, dengan pilihan hidangan lokal maupun internasional. Meski harganya sedikit premium, pelayanan dan fasilitasnya sepadan dengan kualitasnya. Sangat direkomendasikan—pasti akan menginap lagi di sini kalau ke Palembang!

Room is very nice, view are amazing, food are nice, staff are friendly especially on the breakfast area, been staying in here for bussines or family pleasure and always been happy with the service, will stay in here again next time.

Overall, the facilities were good. However, the spa facilities were not good, and the spa operating hours were different from the advertisement. I only ran it for a while in the afternoon

攜程酒店預訂還是很方便，國際機票千萬不能攜程訂，太亂了內部管理。機場可以二號客運大樓寫成一號，説航空公司原因，半個小時三號到一號一號跑到二號，簡直讓人崩潰。

房間環境很不錯，設施有點舊了，入住後被酒店索要20萬印尼盾的游泳費，我拒絕付款以後再沒要，服務很不錯，環境也可以，但比起國內的同等價格的酒店還是有差距
