Hôtel de suites très agréable et moderne..et le propriétaire est sympathique..il m'a même donné un souvenir..merci

La réception est très accueillante et demande souvent si vous voulez du café ou du thé. Beaucoup d'eau et de jus d'orange. La chambre était très spacieuse avec un immense balcon. Le wifi est super rapide, et c'est le plus rapide parmi tant d'hôtels en Turquie.

C'était la première fois que nous venions en Turquie, nous avons donc réservé l'hôtel White Heaven Suite pour 2 jours. La réception de l'hôtel, l'officier était très gentil et sympathique ainsi que le petit déjeuner du matin était trop délicieux pour être mangé avec des œufs brouillés, du fromage, de nombreux fruits et du café. Ils nous donnent toujours des boissons gratuites, y compris du jus d'orange, des bières, de l'eau. Par exemple, ils nous aident à réserver des voyages d'une journée ou privés, à réserver un taxi, etc. L'une des choses les plus excitantes est la piscine. C'était une super expérience endroit hautement recommandé

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Of anyone looking for hotel in Pamukkale, you will never regret choosing White Heaven.

Had great time

We really love this experience in Pamukkale, not only because of the clean and big room, and also the lovely treat from the hotel. As we stayed here to spend our Chinese New Year's Eve, the host treat us some great wine and drinks. We can drive just 5 mins to Pamukkale which is really convenient. More importantly, the breakfast is wonderful, we enjoyed a lot! Thank you!

This hotel was the coziest one we stayed in during our entire trip. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, offering us various recommendations, including for the spa and hot air balloon rides. The room was warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided free beer, and the breakfast was rich. Upon departure, the owner even gifted us local handicrafts as a present.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. 這個酒店的好評真的是要斟酌一下… 入住的比較晚，前台安排錯了房間，給安排到二樓臨街而且貌似夾層的一個房間……因為當天本來在伊斯坦堡玩了一天特別累，晚班機到的也晚，帶娃就倒頭睡了…… 然後，凌晨2點被前台電話吵醒，問了半天，説搞錯了熱氣球的客人…掛電話連句對不起都沒有… 4點被街上外面大巴聲吵醒… 6點娃被房間裏蟲子咬醒…一家子起床發現手腳都被咬了好多大紅包…娃的臉上頭上都是大紅包… 起床去跟前台老大爺溝通，説昨晚給錯了房，我們定的是泳池景觀房，怎麼給安排到臨街房，大爺説住都住了，那就是我們認可了的房…然後孩子臉上頭上的大紅包視而不見，他們的房間很乾凈，是我們入住前就被咬了包…… 真不想生氣都不行……還好攜程的在線客服比較給力，追回了部分損失… 但是真心提醒友友們，這家店的地理位置倒也不是好到，可以忽略衞生、服務、就非住不可……

所有員工服務細微友善，在這裡有家的感覺，離棉花堡很近，推薦大家入住！
