Avis : Boardwalk Beach Hotel

Bon emplacement, personnel sympathique et informatif, chambres propres.

Le personnel de la réception semblait perdu et a attendu plus de 20 minutes pour un couple devant nous. Ils ont dit qu'ils nous appelleraient lorsque la chambre serait prête, ce qu'ils n'ont jamais fait. Nous sommes retournés 4 heures plus tard et ils ont dit que oui, elle était prête et ils nous ont dirigés vers le coin du bâtiment. Nous y sommes allés et il n'y avait pas de chambres ici, cela a fini par être un bâtiment complètement différent. Je ne recommanderais pas

L'emplacement était bon. Les bâtiments sont mal entretenus. C'était convenable pour le prix.

We had a good stay, we were in the room only to sleep so no big complaints.  Pool was small and crowded but there is a whole beach there to enjoy.  Can’t complain for the price we paid for a beach front . ☺️

Room was good. A little dated but with as much as we were in the room, it didnt really matter. The bathroom could use an upgrade though. Everyone that we came in contact with were very friendly.

We got the 2 full size beds & a bunk bed in the one room. That part was great as we had 3 out of our 4 kids on this trip & my sick mother that I did not want her in her own room. Well the top bunk bed was great but the bottom one that a "so called mattress" which in reality was just a mattress topper. Not sure if it has to do that it can also be turned into a futo or "day bed". It was honestly no thicker then an inch to an inch & a half. Also the bathroom had a cloth curtain & it smelled awful!! As the day went on, it was more pungent. After we all took a shower it was disguised by the nice smell of our shampoos. It was overall clean but would be nice if they switched out the bottom bunk bed " so called mattress" to an actual bunk bed mattress & the curtain in the bathroom after every use, it would be a GREAT place to book!! No questions asked!

The first night there the pool was left unlocked and some people had a party and kept us awake. The bathroom was extremely small but other than that it was a very good stay.

Check in was late they state they will call when it is time, and they do NOT. Terrible storm came in and flooded half of our room. I got up to turn off AC and slipped in the water and hurt hips, back, and arms. Could not walk far without hurting and was only able to go to beach for 1/2 day out of the 8 days stay. Complained to front desk and they just took a report and did nothing! Worst trip and waste of money ever. Had I not taken my two grandchildren down while waiting on their mother to bring down the other two I would have left and went home!
