Nice service ( bhatt chef) & Food quality was good, room service and house keeping service was very good. Room cleanliness is very satisfactory. Enjoying our stay at this property and looking forward to come back again. All the best to the staff.

Lovely ambience, lovely food, good services, and great food. Chef surprise for my baby was awesome. Room was good, and comfortable, pool was superb, have visited for almost 11th time. Very very prompt service, friendly atmosphere, will visit again and again and recommend you yo visit .

Good food. Chef gave us personal attention. Overall very comfy stay. Clean pool. Good ambience. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The checkin process was also smooth. Cup cake surprise was an icing to the overall experience. Overall a very nice place to holiday.

Good food ,The food was amazing. Jr.sous cheif the thai food was execellent ,the weekend buffet was very nice and the breakfast was good,and we will visit in future .I prefer thay you should visit the grand victoria fern panchgani.thank you che

Ordered jain food and it was simply fantastic. Thank you so much chef for taking care of our needs. Would recommend the Jain biriyani if looking for a wholesome meal. The overall staff was also very warm. Ample space for parking as well and good amenities.

Wonderful experience ! We ordered Thai curry and chef special salad and they were too good ! Jr. Chef salads made our day and at last the strawberry with cream dancing on the cake ! Will definitely visit again !!

The food was amazing 🤩,the staff of reception and the cooking staff was very nice ,They were very humble and they cooked us food we asked at buffet also 😋😋,At last after dessert the chief prepared a surprise dessert for me which was totally good 😊😊
