入住了4天 地點很好 也乾淨 不過櫃檯服務不太好 叫來打掃都沒有來 也不是非常客氣

Hotel is very niew, just opened in 2023. Nice and spacious room. Good breakfast as well. Location is very good as well.

Very spacious room for its price. Average amenities. No flat iron. SmartTV doesn’t include cable channels but has all the popular streaming platforms such as Netflix, AppleTV, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Youtube. Location is very near to S&R and City of Dreams. 5-15 min walk to Parqual and Ayala Malls. Good for short stay. To note: a lot of Chinese people, I think the owner is Chinese.

The room is spacious and the twin bed can accommodate 4 people. It's a good overnight stay hotel. Plus it's near the airport.

The water was at best mildly warm..not hot water by any means..we asked front desk if it was possible to make it hot..they took great attention to this and sent maintenance up but warm is as hot as it was going to get..the pool was clean but no towels available at poolside..the breakfast choices were not really my liking..but overall it was a clean hotel in a great location and all staff front desk to maintenance were very professional and attentive..

The hotel is clean and smells fresh. The room is big and cozy. The employees are very accommodating. I also love the fried chicken from the resto.

Хороший чистый отель. Останавливались здесь уже второй раз. Он действительно чистый внутри. Помогают донести сумки из такси до номера. Очень близко от аэропорта. Ездили в него и с 1 и 2 и 3 терминала. От всех 10 минут примерно по цене 250 пессо примерно. На первом этаже есть кафе/ресторан, работает до 10 вечера, удобно сразу в нём перекусить, еда не очень понравилась, но можно выбрать. Завтрак для европейца не очень конечно, но голодным не останешься. Есть йогурт для ребёнка. В остальном китайский ассортимент. Очень доброжелательный персонал, нас всегда быстро заселяли, в среднем 10 минут. В номере есть чайник и вода и маленький холодильник. Лучше брать или просить окнами не на главную дорогу, шумно, а на соседнее офисное здание, будет тихо. Есть бассейн очень большой, в том числе и для детей, но вода была очень холодная в марте, купаться не стали. Рекомендую отель, действительно очень достойный и рядом с аэропортом. Переживали в первый раз, но всё хорошо, добираться удобно.

I was so disappointed. I booked via Trip app at 4pm, arrived at the hotel at 6pm, only to find out my room isn't assigned yet. Check-in process took 30mins, unacceptable. Then management only provided additional 30mins for late check-out.

Very good location, staff is very helpful, very clean and will definitely stay again!

這裏環境非常安靜，交通很便利，前台服務很好，房間也很乾凈，整法，是我住性價比很好的酒店，值得去體驗一下

酒店服務太垃圾了，酒店的小毛巾自己沒有放進去房間還賴客户拿走，還要賠償。談了很久最終行李箱給他們檢查才肯放人。垃圾酒店，垃圾。
