IInvitéThis is an excellent hotel with a fantastic stay experience! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff Saly for her amazing service. She was extremely patient in answering all my questions during the check-in process and kindly arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable. The upgraded room is clean, spacious and has a great view. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained and the location is convenient. Thanks to Saly's thoughtful service, this trip was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again!

UUtilisateur anonymeAppartement très bien situé près de toutes commodités et à 700 m environs à pied des galeries commerciales de queens street ! Personnel souriant, aidant malgré le mal à se faire comprendre car ne parlait pas français et nous très peu anglais 🫣 Un bémol mais indépendant des disponibilités de l’hôtel étant en couple avec 3 personnes âgées, nous avions demandé d’être à proximité mais malheureusement sur 3 chambres seulement 2 dispos au même étage et le 3ème lui au 26eme, avec une entrée différente donc difficile à gérer en cas de soucis .

IInvité公交出行 交通不是很方便 特別是晚上回酒店時經常可能沒公交車爬很久山回酒店 白天倒是有公交車衹是班次不是太頻繁 離central正好是爬一個山的距離還挺遠的 浴室的花灑一開就有奇怪的機械聲音 但是洗手盆有兩個還是好評 房間床上有一些黑點但房間挺大的 衹是低樓層窗外可以説是沒有景色甚至沒有私隱 2樓對着人來人往的車庫 第二天早上莫名其妙信用卡里扣了除按金100刀外的270多刀，郵件聯繫經理後沒有解釋衹是道歉退款 感覺很莫名其妙

CCS26L'emplacement est plutôt pratique, à environ 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Le petit-déjeuner était offert ; sans être exceptionnel, il couvrait l'essentiel : œufs brouillés, tomates grillées, haricots blancs à la sauce tomate, yaourt, flocons d'avoine, etc. La chambre semblait un peu petite, surtout comparée à notre séjour au Holiday Inn Express Sunshine Coast, mais elle était propre et fonctionnelle. L'une des bonnes surprises a été l'espace commun près de la réception, avec ses jeux de société, une mini-table de ping-pong et un baby-foot, idéal pour s'amuser en intérieur. Il a plu tout au long de notre séjour à Brisbane, et l'hôtel a eu la gentillesse de nous fournir des parapluies, une attention appréciable !

IInvitéI recently had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Brisbane. The overall experience was delightful, starting with the warm and friendly check-in process. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment for my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, with a range of options to suit all tastes. The service in the dining area was efficient and attentive, making for a great start to each day. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to explore Brisbane's attractions. I highly recommend the Marriott Brisbane for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

IInvitéThe hotel is old but well maintained. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and breakfast was nice. Please note that toothbrushes and mineral water are not provided; however, I was aware of this from previous reviews and prepared my own in advance.

IInvitéIt was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.
