We loved our stay. The location is great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, markets and the esplanade. The rooms are spacious with nespresso style coffee machines and various teas complimentary in the room. The TV had lots of free on demand movies too. The breakfast was not included in our stay but we dined once and it was great value for what was on offer. I would recommend it and stay again.

Un hôtel très récent, joliment décoré et nettoyé tous les jours. Mon mari et moi avons été les plus satisfaits de l'hôtel pendant tout notre voyage en Australie. Tournez à gauche en sortant et marchez 1 minute jusqu'au marché nocturne. Il y a de nombreux endroits pour manger aux alentours. Après quelques minutes de marche et en traversant la route, vous trouverez le supermarché Woolworths. Tournez à droite après l'hôtel et vous verrez la grande roue, la plage et la piscine. Il y a un barbecue sur la plage. C'est bien d'aller au supermarché pour acheter de la viande pour le barbecue. je ne l'ai découvert que le dernier jour. Il faut 15 minutes pour prendre un taxi depuis l'aéroport, environ 24 à 27 couteaux. Pour vous rendre à l'aéroport, vous pouvez appeler un taxi à la réception de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est acceptable. Vous pouvez vous rendre directement à la réception et réserver une réservation pour 20 dollars par personne. Bien que le petit-déjeuner buffet ne soit pas très varié, il est copieux et le prix est à peu près le même que celui d'un repas seul.

We stayed for four nights over the Easter holiday in a panorama sea view room in the new tower. First of all, the location is excellent. The pool area has a sandy beach, and compared to the Hilton next door, the water was much clearer and very pleasant. The view is absolutely beautiful. However, when the tide goes out, it turns into what feels like a “panoramic mudflat view,” so I would recommend carefully considering the timing of your stay. On the other hand, there were several issues with the room. There is no balcony, and the windows cannot be opened. There were mosquitoes in the room, and I was bitten multiple times, which caused itching and swelling. The insect repellent device in the hallway was empty, which made me question the quality of housekeeping management. When I spoke to a female staff member at reception, I was told that only body spray repellent was available, and no further assistance was offered, so I had to purchase and install my own insect repellent. In addition, there was a sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom. The mirror and sink were not properly cleaned and appeared dirty. The room and hallway also had a moldy smell, and due to the humidity, the bed linens felt damp. The duvet was thin and not very comfortable. As I am sensitive to smells, these issues made me feel nauseous and unwell. Later, my husband spoke to a male staff member at reception. Although the hotel was fully booked and we were unable to change rooms, he responded with sincerity, apologized thoroughly, and instructed housekeeping to carry out a deep cleaning. When we returned from going out, the bathroom had been properly cleaned and the sewage smell was gone. The moldy smell in the room did not completely disappear, but it had been masked with deodorizer, and we were able to sleep well that night. However, the same issues returned the following day. As it was the Easter holiday and other hotels were fully booked, we had no choice but to stay until the end of our reservation. Afterward, I checked reviews and found many similar complaints about the moldy smell, which made me regret not researching more thoroughly beforehand. I had assumed that as a five-star hotel, it would be fine. Overall, the reception staff were kind, friendly, and professional. In particular, the male staff member who assisted us was excellent. On the other hand, I felt that the quality of housekeeping needs improvement. In my opinion, these issues are largely due to a design flaw—specifically, the building was designed with aesthetics prioritized over functionality by the construction company and architect, resulting in rooms where windows cannot be opened despite the humid tropical climate. The older tower, which has balconies and windows that can be opened, may not have the same problems. I would not recommend this hotel to those who are sensitive to smells, but for those who are not, it can still be a wonderful place to stay given its location and facilities.

Le climat à Sanya semble humide partout. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Vous pouvez vous rendre à pied au quai pour embarquer sur le bateau en moins de 5 minutes. C'est le meilleur emplacement à proximité. Le parking à l'extérieur de l'hôtel coûte au maximum 6 $, ce qui est bien mieux que le parking de l'hôtel. Le plus important est que le petit déjeuner ne coûte que 10 $. Cela peut être lié à la chambre que j'ai réservée ou à mon abonnement. En bref, ce petit déjeuner est le moins cher. Les autres petits déjeuners coûtent tous 40 $.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The staff were very welcoming and always willing to help with anything, which was a real positive — truly 5-star service from the team. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was disappointing. Some cups in the room had lipstick marks on them, and the shower gel bottles appeared to be mostly filled with water rather than gel, although this was rectified immediately after mentioning this to the reception. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk into town. There is also a bus stop near the hospital with a bus running roughly every hour. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the center, but it only operates at 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 4:00 PM, and 4:30 PM, so the schedule is somewhat limited. There aren’t many dining options nearby other than the hotel restaurant, and the food there was not particularly good. Your best option is to head into town, where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself feels quite dated and could benefit from renovations. For example, the hairdryer was broken, the sink was cracked, and the shower looked old and worn. On the positive side, the sheets and towels were clean, and pool/beach towels are provided. The pool/Jacuzzi is clean. Overall, I would recommend staying here and an very happy with my stay.

Le séjour de l'hôtel Omg a été aussi traumatique et amusant. La meilleure façon de la décrire est de imaginer si un homme de 60 ans problématique a ouvert un auberge avec un club de nuit en dessous, et toutes les activités sociales ont été conçues avec d'autres hommes de 60 ans problématiques en tête. Ils ne semblent pas faire un équilibre entre les sexes dans la chambre mixte, une fille a vérifié dans ma chambre au milieu de la nuit, parce qu'elle a été placée dans une chambre mixte avec seulement des hommes de plus de 50 ans. Les activités sociales sont de vieille mode mais pas de bonne façon, je parle de concours de chemises humides, de concours de danse de pol, de jelly wrestling. Mais honnêtement, cet auberge a donné la plupart des filles qui restaient ici le ic, donc nous avons fini de faire des nuits de film sur le sol des filles, aller au marché et à Esplanade ensemble et au gym gratuit. Les installations de cet auberge sont vraiment bonnes à être équitables, les chambres étaient propres, tous ont climatisation et balcons (Malheureusement, vous ne pouvez pas contrôler la température de l'air conditionné ou désactiver quand il est froid dehors), Ils ont une cuisine très bien équipée, une piscine et un gym gratuit. Si elles sont en train de devenir un lieu sléazy, elles pourraient au moins engager des danseurs Magic Mike. Mais honnêtement, ils ont juste besoin d'un nouveau gestionnaire de divertissement et ce lieu serait bon.

J'ai récemment séjourné aux appartements Southern Cross Atrium et j'ai passé un séjour globalement agréable. L'emplacement est sans aucun doute l'un de mes points forts : idéalement situé à quelques pas du terminal des ferries, ce qui était parfait pour mon excursion sur la Grande Barrière de Corail. De plus, la proximité des supermarchés m'a permis de faire facilement mes courses et mes produits de première nécessité, ce qui a ajouté à mon confort. La chambre était bien équipée, surtout pour les longs séjours. Elle était équipée d'ustensiles de cuisine complets, ce qui m'a permis de préparer mes repas facilement et de me sentir comme à la maison. Le Wi-Fi présentait cependant un inconvénient : le signal dans la chambre était assez faible, ce qui rendait difficile une connexion Internet stable. C'était un peu frustrant, surtout lorsque je devais faire des recherches ou planifier mes activités du lendemain. Je devais souvent me déplacer pour trouver un meilleur signal, ce qui n'était pas idéal. Dans l'ensemble, les appartements Southern Cross Atrium offrent un excellent rapport qualité-prix grâce à leur emplacement privilégié et à leurs chambres indépendantes, mais une amélioration du Wi-Fi rendrait le séjour encore plus agréable pour les voyageurs qui ont besoin d'un accès internet fiable.

The unit is adequate for my family of six for a 3-night stay. Basic necessities are generally met, and the overall stay was acceptable. However, there were several maintenance and usability issues that affected comfort. Some air-conditioning remotes were faulty or missing batteries, requiring us to swap between rooms to find working ones. The telephone/RJ45 connection head was also broken and left dangling, with wiring not properly connected, which gave a poor impression of upkeep. In terms of sleeping comfort, the beds are quite soft and the pillows offer very little support. The positioning of the electrical wall outlets behind the bed also made it inconvenient, as we had to shift the bed forward to access the sockets. For kitchen use, it would be helpful to provide basic dishwashing supplies such as a small bottle of dishwashing liquid and a sponge, especially when only a few items are used in the dishwasher. On a positive note, the bathroom facilities are in good condition. Water pressure is strong and hot water is consistently available, which made showers comfortable. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is clear room for improvement in maintenance and basic guest amenities.

Sunshine Tower est super, je viens souvent à Cairns. J'avais l'habitude de réserver le Hilton près de la plage principale parce que j'étais trop paresseux pour marcher, c'est vraiment comme un appartement. . Vous pouvez aussi aller à Coles pour acheter de la nourriture. Quand je suis revenu pour me réchauffer, la réception était très sympathique et l'environnement était très confortable chaque matin dès que j'ouvrais la fenêtre. vivre seul dans le futur !

Overall we had a good stay here but found the housekeeping policy very strange. There is no housekeeping unless you pay for it (or stay for 8 days). We could change our towels personally at the front desk but were requested to take out our own trash and had no way of vacuuming after a long stay. However, the room was adequate and we very much enjoyed the location, which couldn’t have been better.
