Swimming Pool. All staff seem pleasant and helpful. Clean rooms, modern bathrooms. Sometimes a little early morning preparation noise noticed as a lot of the rooms surround the central atrium with reception down below, but then I am a fairly light sleeper!

IInvitéL'hôtel est situé à pied du centre-ville et du centre-ville de Smith Street. Même les restaurants et bars de l'eau sont à seulement 15 minutes à pied. L'aéroport de transfert de taxi à l'hôtel prend moins de 20 minutes.
Les chambres sont de base mais spacieuses.
Un restaurant très bon dans les locaux disponibles pour le déjeuner, le dîner et son lieu où vous avez le petit déjeuner complémentaire.
Il restera ici, quand il sera en ville la prochaine fois.

IInvitéI stayed 5 nights, I didn’t like the room in 4th floor at the start (as I requested a higher floor room and quiet room, but I got a room next to the elevator) the TV wasn’t facing the bed. I then changed to another room in 8th floor, room was great but the shower room door couldn’t be closed so the water was everywhere and it wouldn’t dry; also cleaner told me cuz it was public holiday they are not able to change my sheets.
The last night I stayed, fire alarm went off at 4am everyone went to the lobby, it was a false alarm but I got very scared.

IInvitéPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

PPETER DENNISThe hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces.
The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff.
Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

IInvitéPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

VVana LobatoUpon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.
