IInvitéRestaurer à Shangrila House avec l'hôte Julie est l'une de mes meilleures expériences d'hôtel. Julie est une hôte si agréable, elle est amicale, bienvenue, utile et avec un goût si excellent. Elle garde la maison très propre, chaleureuse, belle et élégante. Je me sens comme si je ne payais pas assez pour la valeur de la maison. Super reconnaissant pour l'hospitalité de Julie. Je suis 100% laine rester ici encore. Merci pour tout Julie. C'est si bon de vous rencontrer :)

IInvitéLa chambre était bonne, propre et spacieuse! Le shuttle était confortable. Le grand désaccord était le petit déjeuner, ce qui est vraiment juste le niveau de Comfort Inn et ne justifie pas le prix de la chambre.

DDragon_KenTrès bon hôtel. La localisation est très proche de l'aéroport et plusieurs restaurants bons à pied sont disponibles à l'intérieur. L'hôtel dispose de services de livraison gratuits, plus de bagages ont des voitures commerciales. Plus de bagages ont des voitures de vacances Mercedes. Le service est très propre et la chambre est propre, et il n'y a pas de choses à reprocher.
Le sixième étage de l'hôtel dispose d'une salle de sport simple, une piscine chaude et un tube chaud à l'extérieur. J'ai juste vécu hier avec sa fille pour nager dans une piscine chaude 🏊, je me sens bien hahaha.
Il y a un salle de bains chaud, une machine à café, un linge de remorque. Si vous avez besoin d'autres fournitures, vous pouvez aller au bas avec la réception. Il y a un salle de pluie à la porte.

Airport shuttle is frequent, very good.
Only thing is you cannot leave any baggage. You can leave Baggage at the airport CAD 16 a day for a suitcase.

LLina QTWe were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together.

林林永秀I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. The restaurant attached to the hotel offers good food and attentive service, though the prices are on the higher side. Overall, it was a comfortable experience with friendly and professional staff.

IInvitéLocation is convenient, close to Bridgeport Skytrain Station. Though refurbishment seems somewhat outdated, still in general satisfactory. Breakfast is good albeit choices are limited. Wifi service is efficient. Good choice for budget travellers.

IInvitéThe location in proximity to the airport is terrific, however they do not have a shuttle as advertised. It was an $18 Uber ride to the airport from the hotel.
The bed had 2 very thin pillows on the king sized bed and they did not have any extras available at all when we asked for more. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower, the fridge made a loud buzzing noise the entire night, the lights in the room flickered badly (so we kept them turned off) and the cable television is extremely ”snowy” it is nowhere near the minimal HD expectations of today's generation.
On the positive side, they do offer a bagged breakfast (an apple, juice box, a small muffin, Nutrigrain bar and water bottle) that you can request at the front desk in the morning it was a nice touch. The room was large and had a small coffee maker and mini fridge in it.
Don't do what I did though and leave the water bottle in your carry on through the security scan it gets a personal secondary manual search and then tossed.
