Hôtels à Toronto avec parking

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, directement sur les rives du lac Ontario. Le quai en contrebas donne directement sur l'île au milieu du lac, où j'ai même fait une excursion en brise-glace. L'hôtel se trouve à seulement deux feux de circulation de la gare Grand Central et de la gare routière, et la Tour de Toronto est juste en face. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied, ce qui est extrêmement pratique. Le service était également excellent et les installations relativement récentes. Cependant, les toilettes étaient un point faible majeur : elles étaient incroyablement bruyantes, comme un tracteur, bien loin des toilettes intelligentes que j'ai pu tester en Chine. De plus, le stationnement était très cher ; heureusement que je n'avais pas loué de voiture, j'ai donc fait le trajet à pied !

La chambre est grande, propre et dispose d'une vue agréable. Elle dispose d'une grande expérience de natation et de sauna, elle dispose également d'une salle de gym. La chambre est proche de l'ascenseur comme je l'ai demandé et la réception est très confortable. Apportez vos propres pantalons, surtout si vous prévoyez d'utiliser la piscine.

Got so lucky to have this room which was perfect to spend time to catch up with my friends! Suite room was amazing and the cleaner was the most professional one we have ever met! The location is just right in front of the Harbour and likely 5 mins from Union station! We definitely stay again

Cet hôtel est excellent et justifie pleinement son prix. Très pratique, il dispose d'un restaurant, d'une boutique de souvenirs et d'une agence de voyages sur place, et un grand supermarché ainsi qu'une supérette sont accessibles à pied. Une laverie automatique est également disponible sur place ; je l'ai utilisée sans aucun problème. J'ai pu bénéficier d'un départ tardif après m'être renseigné à la réception. Lors de mon séjour, le départ tardif était possible jusqu'à 16 h pour 100 $. Le seul point négatif de cet hôtel est la faible pression de l'eau dans la douche. De plus, l'eau goutte constamment du pommeau de douche, ce qui est bruyant. Cela ne me dérange cependant pas lorsque je dors. Dans l'ensemble, je pense que c'est un bon hôtel.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour faire du tourisme, et la vue sur la Tour CN depuis la chambre est magnifique. Je remercie également le personnel de la réception pour leur gentillesse.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

Pas mal- manque de précision dans la description de l’hôtel Appartement avec 2 chambres partagées nous étions un couple avec enfant la toilette est partagée avec deux portières entre les 2 chambres pas d’intimité le 2 eme client occupé tout l’espace salon cuisine et travailler jusqu’à tard la nuit ce qui nous laissait condamné dans la chambre pour que la petite ne dérange pas le guest heureusement que cetait sue pour deux nuits et on passait la journée dehors.

This is like a oasis in a desert of sand or the hookies. Checked in at 11pm still found it very peaceful and quite place. Felt welcome and had a good nights sleep.. all the area is surrounded by ******* people walking on the streets.

Mon ami et moi avons passé un bon séjour. Liang, l'employé, était très sympathique. La chambre était propre et assez grande pour nous. L'agencement était un peu particulier, mais ce n'était pas gênant. Nous avions une chambre avec un four à micro-ondes. L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier chinois, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.
