This is a really cute hotel in a more residential neighborhood. The building itself is very well designed and decorated. It holds historic value and can be rented for parties and weddings. There is no restaurant on site except for the bar and room service. If you walk about 20 minutes you will be able to find food. We had the room service breakfast which was honestly mediocre and not worth the price, but at the same time it was nice to eat breakfast in bed. They upgraded our room which was also a pleasant surprise and were able to give us a late check out and hod our bags until 5 pm.

Il n'y avait pas de Wi-Fi pour 3 jours qui était inconvenant pour moi et ma famille. L'environnement de l'hôtel était calme et confortable en général et ma famille pouvait se reposer bien.

L'hôtel est situé au bord du lac. Vous pouvez voir la tour de télévision et le lac. Les chambres sont propres et bien rangées. Le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné. Concernant les besoins soulevés, ils ont été arrangés et résolus dans les plus brefs délais ^_^. J'aime ça.

I booked the hotel because it came up as having an airport shuttle. However, you can not use it as a park and fly location. I had to book a separate park and fly location which ended up cost me just as much as the hotel night. Which we only stayed for 5 hours.

Clean room. Simple, easy to understand process. Perfect location for those visiting for sports event, or need Union Station access.

L'hôtel est en centre ville, à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare, à 10 minutes à pied ; la chambre d'hôtel est grande, c'est une suite, les installations sont un peu vétustes, mais propres et hygiéniques ; la résidence hôtelière dispose de plaques à induction, de bouilloires, de réfrigérateurs, de machines à laver, de casseroles et de poêles, etc. , très pratique ; il y a un grand supermarché métro à 10 minutes à pied à gauche de l'hôtel. J'ai acheté des nouilles instantanées, du poulet rôti, du pain et des fruits pour dîner et petit-déjeuner.

Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et j'ai été agréablement surpris par l'espace et le confort de la chambre. Elle a largement dépassé mes attentes. Les installations étaient excellentes, ce qui m'a permis de passer un séjour très confortable et agréable. Cependant, l'emplacement était un peu gênant, car peu pratique pour se déplacer. Cela dit, si le fait d'être un peu à l'écart des sentiers battus ne vous dérange pas, la qualité de l'hébergement compense largement.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

優點：酒店位置不錯走到多倫多電視塔和羅傑斯中心五分鐘以內。房間空間還是比較大，住兩大兩小問題不大，可以自己買些東西來烹飪設備齊全，樓下就有一家星巴克很方便，一個街角就有個不小的24小時超市。走到主要景點差不多都在二十分鐘左右。缺點：全自助入住，無人打掃。浴巾都要自己洗，垃圾自己倒。總體來説值得入住
