The receptionists were helpful and friendly, providing all the necessary information. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Breakfast was ok, but we had a problem no communication from the staff. Breakfast was a buffet included. They offered us scrambled eggs, which we accepted, and then suddenly the bill came for 12 Swiss francs. The problem wasn't paying, but rather that we were never informed that something as simple as an omelet would be charged. The hotel is beautiful. Came with complimentary spa and wellness facilities which were great and relaxing. Although the hotel is quite far from the train station, there is regular transportation arranged to and fro the hotel and train station which was really helpful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive as well. Highly recommend this place!

Nous avons eu une belle surprise avec une mise à niveau dans une plus grande chambre de notre réservation, car c'est notre anniversaire de mariage. La chambre a été magnifiquement décorée. L'hôtel a également offert un service de pick-up et de débarquement complimentaire de la gare. Le minibar est complimentaire avec la bière, le coke, la citronade, le soda, les fraises et les chocolats. Des passeports gratuits ont été fournis. Très chauffage du cœur.

Trop satisfait et c'est absolument le choix du rapport coût-efficacité de Saint-Moritz. Saint-Moritz est un petit hôtel au centre-ville. Le gare descend à la gare quand l'hôtel téléphonera immédiatement pour le prendre. Bien que non loin, je suis fatigué de prendre les bagages. La décoration historique de cent ans est antique et le restaurant est très beau petit-déjeuner riche. Il y a aussi une piscine et une sauna pour profiter. Bien que la chambre soit petite, il y a une machine à café. Le balcon voit le paysage du lac de l'angle. La réception présente enthousiastement la route de la voiture. Le rapport coût/prix de cette maison est trop élevé par rapport aux autres cinq étoiles. Le prix du ski est double en hiver

Un beau hôtel, magnifiquement décoré, vous ramène à temps jusqu'à la grandeur des jours passés. Nous avons eu une chambre avec vue. Le lac et les Alpes, juste belle! Amoureux de se poser au bureau à la fenêtre regardant sur le lac. Un brise froid qui s'éclate par les fenêtres ouvertes.

This hotel is quite old, but we adore the old-world charm it possesses. It is about 10 mins walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of St Moritz, and about 5 mins drive from the St Moritz train station. If you're taking the train, contact the hotel beforehand and they can pick you up from the train station free of charge. We booked the most basic room, which was already quite spacious though without a balcony or much view. Though the rooms are dated, they are very clean and comfortable. Our booking came with free breakfast and it has a decent selection of Swiss breakfast stables like eggs (scrambled and soft boiled), cheese, pastries, bread, sausages, cereal, mueseli, yogurt, fruits, etc. If you ask, the hotel also has gluten-free bread and vegan milk (oat or soy) for no additional charge. The service throughout the property is excellent and everyone is friendly and willing to help. We had dinner once at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and reasonably priced (by Swiss standards). A few points for improvement - (1) the hotel should make it easier for guests to identify and find the driver of the pickup service. The person picking us up was not holding any sign or possessing anything that indicates his affiliation with the hotel (because of that, we saw another couple almost missing the shuttle), (2) the gym doesn't have much equipment (e.g. no treadmill) and whatever it has is quite old, and (3) the scrambled eggs were rubbery and almost inedible after being left in the heated tray for too long. Suggest that the hotel makes smaller batches so they always stay moist. Seems to be a common problem of Swiss breakfasts due to what I would assume to be high labour cost. Overall, we were happy with our stay in this lovely, cozy hotel.

Ce type de chambre est similaire à une petite suite. Elle se trouve dans une aile. La chambre du bâtiment principal devrait être meilleure. La chambre est petite, démodée et ordinaire, et la couverture chauffante est un peu vieille, mais elle est propre. Il y a de l'eau de source de montagne dans la conduite d'eau de la chambre. Le thé est délicieux et la peau est lisse après le bain. Le hall de l'hôtel est si beau, les escaliers et les larges couloirs au niveau des chambres sont tous d'une élégance d'antan. L'image 8 est un plat recommandé par le chef du restaurant de l'hôtel. Les ingrédients et les assaisonnements sont d'un niveau supérieur à ceux des restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel. Il y a plusieurs restaurants sous l'hôtel à 5-7 minutes à pied. J'ai seulement essayé la nourriture japonaise qui était bonne, les crevettes tempura étaient grosses et fraîches.

Location is a bit far from the train station, but still easily accessible with bus. Breakfast was definitely the highlight, great variety and great relaxing atmosphere.

Il y a une station de bus à la porte. Il y a un supermarché à côté. Il y a deux minutes pour le super rapide. Il faut 15 minutes pour aller à la scierie. La porte de l'hôtel est soigneuse.

The self checking system didn't function satisfactorily.The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful. The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom. The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it. Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful.
