IInvitéOutlook not promising but room size is good, bed is good., and clean room. Water pressure good.
Only thing really annoying, smoking permitted everywhere, once you open the door lift, people sitting there smoking despite is a indoor non ventilated area, so smoke all the way to your room. Attention should be paid to this as we requested non smoking floor, non smoking room, away frok smoking.
Staff is ok, just you wont feel the sincerity of service. Its just std sop.
Laundry room is a plus as we travelling more than 20days, so we have been washing almost all the stop at hotel.
Smart toilet is partial smart again, without bidet wash... Lol

QQianrenInattendument bon, le prix des membres du diamant est très bon marché et a apporté un petit-déjeuner. Les services nettoient chaque jour l'eau sanitaire et le papier, et ils peuvent sentir que chaque employé de l'hôtel est très dur. La sœur du petit-déjeuner aussi bien que vous savez si vous vivez bien. Il a des avis qu'il résoudra immédiatement. Le petit déjeuner est simple, mais il y a des légumes là où je suis très satisfait. Il y a beaucoup de nourriture à proximité, la décoration interne est très fine, ce décoration est vraiment trop rare.

UUtilisateur anonyme房間佈局合理，衞生非常乾淨，房間各類設施齊備，服務從進門前台的服務員到餐廳及客房服務員都非常熱情周到，大堂有迎賓茶水，每間房送兩位自助早餐，早餐有包頭特色菜和中西菜品，每天都有新鮮的水果送到房間，一樓有洗衣間，二樓有健身房，有家的感覺。入住克麗斯汀酒店我非常滿意。

DDorothy CheongWe received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks.
The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage.
Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda.
Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

TTarraleahAn excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The location is outstanding, being on top of the large Wanda Plaza which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. The popular night market is right outside, and the botanic gardens and other beautiful parks are a short walk away. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the app, and was very spacious with high-level facilities including smart shower and smart toilet. The smart shower in particular was great. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, very efficient, and helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

Nous avons passé une superbe nuit, nous avons était surclassé car nous étions les seuls. La nourriture est bonne et faite maison. Les activités sont tir à l’arc déguisement et feu d’artifice, nous n’en n’avons pas eu car il pleuvait. Pour faire du cheval il suffit de demander et on vous en mènera. Très touristique comme activité 100yuan pour un tour de 40 min.

IInvitéOur experience was truly memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with horse wine and traditional music, which set the tone for the trip. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, offering us a variety of activities right away.
Shortly after arrival, we went horseback riding through the beautiful fields. Following that, we visited a nearby area with an array of activities like tea tasting, dressing up in traditional Mongolian clothing, archery, and viewing livestock. There was also an option to watch a horse riding show, but we decided to skip it as we were a bit tired.
The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though it was cold outside, the heating kept the space warm, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of activities. It added a charming touch to the overall experience.
In the evening, there was a large yurt on the premises where we enjoyed an authentic Mongolian dinner accompanied by a captivating live show. The night ended with fireworks, a bonfire, and more entertainment, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
I highly recommend this place if you want a well-organized and immersive experience. Even though we don’t speak Chinese, communication was never an issue, and we always felt welcomed. A big thank you to the team for taking such great care of us!

ZZhuoyandexianuojiangL'endroit vers lequel j'ai navigué s'appelait Sun's Tribe, et le magasin m'a contacté et m'a envoyé un nouvel emplacement à un endroit appelé Hanatala. Ce fut un séjour agréable, mais l'employé a crié « Voici l'argent » à la réception dès que j'ai franchi la porte, ce qui m'a mis mal à l'aise. Après avoir regardé le menu, c'était essentiellement trois fois le prix en ville.

Our time at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort will forever be etched in my heart. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us like family, going above and beyond to recommend attractions, arrange tickets, and even personally drive us to the sites. Where else do you find service like that—done with a constant smile and thoughtful touches like free bottled water to keep us refreshed?
Staying in a traditional yurt on the open grassland is an experience beyond words. There is something grounding, peaceful, and almost spiritual about waking up to endless green horizons instead of concrete grey, hearing the soft rustle of the prairie wind, and watching the morning light sweep across the landscape.
This isn’t just accommodation...it’s an authentic encounter with the beauty of Inner Mongolia. Anyone visiting the region simply must experience this once in a lifetime.
