IInvitéLes installations (salle de sport et piscine) de l'hôtel sont excellentes, mais son emplacement laisse à désirer. Il convient uniquement aux voyages d'affaires et n'est pas accessible depuis la ville et ses environs, ce qui est assez ennuyeux.
L'aéroport est également loin… déconseillé pour un court séjour, notamment pour le transfert… à regretter.
Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux…
Si vous payez vous-même votre voyage, je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel, car vous paierez le prix d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais leur service est terriblement médiocre… L'attitude de la réception et sa connaissance de l'hôtel et des environs ne sont pas dignes d'un 5 étoiles… voire d'un 2 étoiles…
J'ai exprimé mon plus grand mécontentement envers la réception en mandarin, mais ils semblent réticents à répondre et font comme si je ne comprenais rien.
De plus, la réception ne nous sourit jamais, que ce soit à l'arrivée ou au départ… Sommes-nous de leur argent ou ne méritons-nous pas de séjourner dans ce soi-disant hôtel 5 étoiles ? C'est une expérience vraiment pénible et cauchemardesque pour nous de séjourner dans un hôtel aussi cher et sans service, et de répéter sans cesse qu'il faut payer… C'est très frustrant !
Nous refuserons tous les hôtels Crowne Plaza du monde, car ils nous offrent un service catastrophique.
La réception devrait s'inspirer du groom pour être polie, serviable et souriante.

IInvité黃花國際機場及大路村地鐵站專車接送服務:服務態度特別好。晚上把我們從機場接過來。白天又把我們送到了地鐵站。店家服務態度特別禮貌，讓人感覺很親切。
設施齊全，室內有超大窗户，採光好。床品整潔。淋浴洗漱熱水穩定，空間也很大。有桌子，大衣櫃。小茶几，小冰箱等等，推薦入住，物美價廉。距離機場非常近。周圍也有商場，外賣種類也很多，送的很快。總之體驗很不錯。

UUtilisateur anonymePickup and drop off included into the hotel price - call in advance; the hotel provides disposal bath towels, bottles of water, slippers,etc; the room is clean and tidy; there's a convenience store downstairs; the boss is friendly and helpful to see to your comfort and safety. If your flight lands midnight this is the best option - good value for money. By the way Changsha do not have a 1-day metro pass anymore.

MMario NugrohoVery recommended. Hotel bersih dan rapi, dan pemilik hotel (suami istri) sangat ramah. Mereka tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris namun mereka sabar dalam berkomunikasi dengan kami, menggunakan aplikasi terjemahan. Jika kami ada kesulitan, mereka selalu berinisiatif untuk membantu.
Kamar hotel yang kami pesan adalah kamar standar. Ranjang besar, ada meja untuk bekerja, televisi dengan channel lokal. Kamar mandi bersih, air panas ada dan alirannya cukup kencang. Toilet diduk, penting untuk kami yang tidak terbiasa dengan wc jongkok.
Di sini ada mesin cuci dan pengering pakaian yang bisa digunakan kapan saja.
Menyenangkan sekali menginap di sini. Saya dan keluarga pasti akan kembali ke sini jika ada kesempatan kami untuk pergi ke Hunan. Tidak perlu cari hotel lain karena di sini hati kami tertambat.

ZZzQq886Quelle agréable surprise ! Les hauts plafonds et l'agencement spacieux créent une atmosphère chaleureuse, tandis que le design à la fois simple et raffiné est parfait pour de superbes photos. L'emplacement est incroyablement pratique, la chambre était impeccable, la literie douce et confortable, les équipements nous ont fait nous sentir comme à la maison et le service était irréprochable. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour ! Absolument fantastique !

IInvitéLocation is not as I expected. There are several good restaurants and and I enjoyed my stay due to several other reasons. I do not like the entrance, lifts and and office. This is only an apartment building and no any hotel look. It is not a hotel for sure but very average apartment. They provide water bottles. Room was ok for me. There service is acceptable

IInvitéGood location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

MMangtemolanlidianParce que je voulais faire avion, j'ai prévu cet hôtel, très proche, il y a un transpondeur, à 900 mètres de la station de métro. Un nettoyage et un lave-vaisselle sont disponibles. Le service est en place, juste derrière Windham. Pour savoir la carte de jet de la carte.

YYanyongqianI got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport.
Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day.
To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time.
Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting.
Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan.
While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service.
For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel.
I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.
