Hôtels à Changshaxian avec parking

Les installations (salle de sport et piscine) de l'hôtel sont excellentes, mais son emplacement laisse à désirer. Il convient uniquement aux voyages d'affaires et n'est pas accessible depuis la ville et ses environs, ce qui est assez ennuyeux. L'aéroport est également loin… déconseillé pour un court séjour, notamment pour le transfert… à regretter. Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux… Si vous payez vous-même votre voyage, je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel, car vous paierez le prix d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais leur service est terriblement médiocre… L'attitude de la réception et sa connaissance de l'hôtel et des environs ne sont pas dignes d'un 5 étoiles… voire d'un 2 étoiles… J'ai exprimé mon plus grand mécontentement envers la réception en mandarin, mais ils semblent réticents à répondre et font comme si je ne comprenais rien. De plus, la réception ne nous sourit jamais, que ce soit à l'arrivée ou au départ… Sommes-nous de leur argent ou ne méritons-nous pas de séjourner dans ce soi-disant hôtel 5 étoiles ? C'est une expérience vraiment pénible et cauchemardesque pour nous de séjourner dans un hôtel aussi cher et sans service, et de répéter sans cesse qu'il faut payer… C'est très frustrant ! Nous refuserons tous les hôtels Crowne Plaza du monde, car ils nous offrent un service catastrophique. La réception devrait s'inspirer du groom pour être polie, serviable et souriante.

黃花國際機場及大路村地鐵站專車接送服務:服務態度特別好。晚上把我們從機場接過來。白天又把我們送到了地鐵站。店家服務態度特別禮貌，讓人感覺很親切。 設施齊全，室內有超大窗户，採光好。床品整潔。淋浴洗漱熱水穩定，空間也很大。有桌子，大衣櫃。小茶几，小冰箱等等，推薦入住，物美價廉。距離機場非常近。周圍也有商場，外賣種類也很多，送的很快。總之體驗很不錯。

La location de l'hôtel était excellente. Près de l'aéroport et si vous avez quelques heures pour remplir, vous pouvez marcher au Bailian Outlet Shopping en 5 minutes. Shuttle gratuit à l'aéroport et lave-vaisselle à l'autoservice étaient très confortables. Je resterai ici si je dois être près de l'aéroport à c h un vol.

It’s a very nice place to stay! A little bit far from the city center but taxis are very cheap in China so it’s totally worth it! The room was nice and is good for a short term stay! Changsha it’s a lovely city to stay and I had a great time there!

The Buffet were lousy. Most of the food were almost finish at 7.30am. By the time you come down at 7.30am no more food. And I ask the person in charge how come you do not replenish. He only mention no more and no replenish. I asked him the buffet were till 0930 am. And we as a customer paid the money for the breakfast buffet. He were very rude just says no more. This is really really no good service and the worst Breakfast Buffet I ever had. Everything is empty. What to eat????? The manager which I put a ring. Very very bad attitude and service.

La chambre est très confortable et dispose de cortinas électriques et de lits confortables. Ils ont offert de me commander de nourriture sur un APP de nourriture et l'ont livré au bureau de front et l'ont ensuite ramené à ma chambre. La première fois, il pourrait être un peu difficile de trouver l'hôtel, car il est à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment près d'un autre hôtel, mais tous les locaux savent où il y a et demandent à quelqu'un et ils vous y conduiront. Le matin suivant, il a eu un transbordeur gratuit à l'aéroport pour attraper le Maglev au sud de la gare. Tout sur l'expérience de l'hôtel était super.

I got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport. Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day. To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time. Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting. Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan. While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service. For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel. I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.

L'hôtel est un des plus abordables situés à quelques pas de l'aéroport international de Changsha. Bien que la chambre n'est pas moderne et est en fait un style de séjour à la maison, elle est propre et équipée avec toutes les installations standard. À l'arrivée, le gestionnaire a même offert gentilment de mettre à niveau deux d'entre nous d'une chambre Queen-bed à deux chambres single-bed avec toilette assise gratuite, que nous apprécions très ☺️ Pour 2 personnes, Le séjour dans une chambre privée avec salle de bain privée est encore mieux que le séjour dans un hébergement partagé dans un auberge.

Chose this hotel as it was close to the airport. It's abit out of the way but the hotel provides free transport to and from the metro and airport which is excellent. The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom could do with updating as the bathroom floor is rather stained and needs resealing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price, it's an absolute bargain and even included breakfast albeit very basic. Don't expect anything fancy but basic amenities and a quick stay over is fine.
