It’s a very nice place to stay! A little bit far from the city center but taxis are very cheap in China so it’s totally worth it! The room was nice and is good for a short term stay! Changsha it’s a lovely city to stay and I had a great time there!

Location is not as I expected. There are several good restaurants and and I enjoyed my stay due to several other reasons. I do not like the entrance, lifts and and office. This is only an apartment building and no any hotel look. It is not a hotel for sure but very average apartment. They provide water bottles. Room was ok for me. There service is acceptable

Le personnel de la réception était très serviable ; ils nous ont apporté le petit-déjeuner après notre appel. Cependant, il était assez simple. L'hôtel est situé tout près de l'aéroport et propose un service de navette. Bien que je n'aie pas réservé, ils m'ont trouvé une voiture sur place. Le chauffeur était extrêmement professionnel et attentionné en tout point, de sa tenue à sa communication en passant par ses gestes. J'ai seulement jeté un coup d'œil à mon sac, et il m'a immédiatement demandé : « Avez-vous oublié quelque chose à l'hôtel ? » Son sens de l'observation était remarquable ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

長沙真的很好玩！這次選的酒店也非常不錯，長沙這趟沒有白來，感覺哪哪都很順利，這次出行我很滿意，酒店人員非常熱情周到，有問必答，房間衞生是真的很乾凈，房間的用品都很齊全，很新，在這裏睡覺都不會失眠！離我這次遊玩的世界之窗也特別近

Bonne location à proximité de la convention internationale et du centre d'exposition et de la gare. L'hôtel est également situé dans une nouvelle zone propre et belle: regardant sur un terrain vert et un terrain sportif, mais dans un endroit séparé pour assurer une atmosphère calme et relaxante. Le centre de Changsha est très moderne et très propre, il vous donne une impression d'hôtel de haut niveau, mais le prix est surprenant par rapport aux autres. Il est aussi très facile de réserver un taxi pour aller partout. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et confortable avec toutes les comodités et les conforts dont vous aurez besoin. Il y a aussi une option de convertir le canapé en un lit supplémentaire à tout prix, mais je n'avais pas besoin de celui-ci. Le 1er étage est un petit supermarché où vous trouverez la plupart des produits et des snacks communs. En outre, les services clients incroyables, le personnel était poli, utile et le check-in était rapide et facile! Le personnel de l'hôtel m'a juste noté, assis et attendu, qu'il m'a offert d'aider à venir à l'aéroport. Heureusement, si ce n'était pas pour l'assistance du personnel de l'hôtel et la proximité relative de l'hôtel à l'aéroport de Changsha, je n'aurais pas fait l'aéroport en temps voulu pour mon vol. Tout en tout, 5/5 Commentaires et compliments de moi à cet hôtel et au personnel!!

La chambre est très confortable et dispose de cortinas électriques et de lits confortables. Ils ont offert de me commander de nourriture sur un APP de nourriture et l'ont livré au bureau de front et l'ont ensuite ramené à ma chambre. La première fois, il pourrait être un peu difficile de trouver l'hôtel, car il est à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment près d'un autre hôtel, mais tous les locaux savent où il y a et demandent à quelqu'un et ils vous y conduiront. Le matin suivant, il a eu un transbordeur gratuit à l'aéroport pour attraper le Maglev au sud de la gare. Tout sur l'expérience de l'hôtel était super.

I got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport. Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day. To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time. Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting. Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan. While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service. For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel. I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.

L'hôtel est un des plus abordables situés à quelques pas de l'aéroport international de Changsha. Bien que la chambre n'est pas moderne et est en fait un style de séjour à la maison, elle est propre et équipée avec toutes les installations standard. À l'arrivée, le gestionnaire a même offert gentilment de mettre à niveau deux d'entre nous d'une chambre Queen-bed à deux chambres single-bed avec toilette assise gratuite, que nous apprécions très ☺️ Pour 2 personnes, Le séjour dans une chambre privée avec salle de bain privée est encore mieux que le séjour dans un hébergement partagé dans un auberge.
