1. Le 16 avril 2026, nous sommes venus pour rester la nuit.
2. Le personnel de la table frontale est amical et très utile.
3. Offrez politement d'ajouter un chat pour communication si vous avez besoin d'aide.
4. Recherche rapide et complète de nombreuses piles de marchandises, paquets que nous avons commandés sur la demande taobao.

6. Le personnel de la première chambre ne peut pas seulement aider à résoudre les problèmes de l'hôtel, mais il peut même apporter plus d'aide que prévu pour les problèmes de l'hôtel.

IInvitébrilliant hotel. Thanks to Zhengxiao, Xiaohongmei at the breakfast restaurant and Selina at the front desk for providing me such a wonderful stay in changsha overall. However, I was surprised to learn that even suite bookings at your property don't include executive lounge access without IHG One Rewards status. This differs from many luxury hotels where suite accommodations typically include lounge privileges regardless of membership status. Additionally, my key card was deactivated unexpectedly during my stay, which also makes me feel confused.

SStannaThe hotel is right next to the Congress Center and connected to it via a covered walkway. Great spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean, neat, functional and has a stylish design. At first, the check-in did not go well due to a mistake by the receptionist, but the manager Victor did everything and even more so that this incident did not leave an unpleasant impression. The breakfast is not very varied. The pool on the 28th floor is excellent. Overall, the impression is good.

LLucasDerkianIl est très bon endroit pour rester! Un peu loin du centre-ville mais les taxis sont très bon marché en Chine, donc il est tout à fait à la hauteur! La chambre était jolie et est bon pour un séjour à court terme!
Changsha c'est une belle ville de rester et j'ai eu un grand temps là-bas!

ZZzQq886Quelle agréable surprise ! Les hauts plafonds et l'agencement spacieux créent une atmosphère chaleureuse, tandis que le design à la fois simple et raffiné est parfait pour de superbes photos. L'emplacement est incroyablement pratique, la chambre était impeccable, la literie douce et confortable, les équipements nous ont fait nous sentir comme à la maison et le service était irréprochable. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour ! Absolument fantastique !

IInvitéLocation is not as I expected. There are several good restaurants and and I enjoyed my stay due to several other reasons. I do not like the entrance, lifts and and office. This is only an apartment building and no any hotel look. It is not a hotel for sure but very average apartment. They provide water bottles. Room was ok for me. There service is acceptable

IInvitéThe Buffet were lousy. Most of the food were almost finish at 7.30am. By the time you come down at 7.30am no more food. And I ask the person in charge how come you do not replenish. He only mention no more and no replenish. I asked him the buffet were till 0930 am. And we as a customer paid the money for the breakfast buffet. He were very rude just says no more. This is really really no good service and the worst Breakfast Buffet I ever had. Everything is empty. What to eat????? The manager which I put a ring. Very very bad attitude and service.

YYanyongqianI got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport.
Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day.
To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time.
Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting.
Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan.
While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service.
For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel.
I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.

PPimm VongsvivutL'hôtel est un des plus abordables situés à quelques pas de l'aéroport international de Changsha. Bien que la chambre n'est pas moderne et est en fait un style de séjour à la maison, elle est propre et équipée avec toutes les installations standard. À l'arrivée, le gestionnaire a même offert gentilment de mettre à niveau deux d'entre nous d'une chambre Queen-bed à deux chambres single-bed avec toilette assise gratuite, que nous apprécions très ☺️ Pour 2 personnes, Le séjour dans une chambre privée avec salle de bain privée est encore mieux que le séjour dans un hébergement partagé dans un auberge.
