Nous sommes partis en week-end en famille. La piscine était calme et relativement vide, et on aurait dit que l'eau venait d'être changée. C'était une expérience agréable. L'étage supérieur offrait une vue magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux.

IInvité黃花國際機場及大路村地鐵站專車接送服務:服務態度特別好。晚上把我們從機場接過來。白天又把我們送到了地鐵站。店家服務態度特別禮貌，讓人感覺很親切。
設施齊全，室內有超大窗户，採光好。床品整潔。淋浴洗漱熱水穩定，空間也很大。有桌子，大衣櫃。小茶几，小冰箱等等，推薦入住，物美價廉。距離機場非常近。周圍也有商場，外賣種類也很多，送的很快。總之體驗很不錯。

UUtilisateur anonymePickup and drop off included into the hotel price - call in advance; the hotel provides disposal bath towels, bottles of water, slippers,etc; the room is clean and tidy; there's a convenience store downstairs; the boss is friendly and helpful to see to your comfort and safety. If your flight lands midnight this is the best option - good value for money. By the way Changsha do not have a 1-day metro pass anymore.

MMario NugrohoVery recommended. Hotel bersih dan rapi, dan pemilik hotel (suami istri) sangat ramah. Mereka tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris namun mereka sabar dalam berkomunikasi dengan kami, menggunakan aplikasi terjemahan. Jika kami ada kesulitan, mereka selalu berinisiatif untuk membantu.
Kamar hotel yang kami pesan adalah kamar standar. Ranjang besar, ada meja untuk bekerja, televisi dengan channel lokal. Kamar mandi bersih, air panas ada dan alirannya cukup kencang. Toilet diduk, penting untuk kami yang tidak terbiasa dengan wc jongkok.
Di sini ada mesin cuci dan pengering pakaian yang bisa digunakan kapan saja.
Menyenangkan sekali menginap di sini. Saya dan keluarga pasti akan kembali ke sini jika ada kesempatan kami untuk pergi ke Hunan. Tidak perlu cari hotel lain karena di sini hati kami tertambat.

J'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour à l'hôtel Changsha Shangshuitang International lors de ce voyage d'affaires. J'avais réservé une navette aéroport et le chauffeur est arrivé à l'heure. Le service était excellent. Ma chambre était très récente et la présence d'un grand lac en face de l'hôtel est idéale pour les promenades du soir. L'hôtel m'a même offert deux cafés, une attention particulièrement appréciable. Un supermarché se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui est très pratique. Propreté : Bonne Service : Bon Environnement : Bon. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels près de l'aéroport et celui-ci a été le plus confortable. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain voyage.

IInvitéLa chambre était assez grande pour 3 personnes. Il y a une station de métro proche de l'hôtel qui nous a permis de se rendre à proximité. Le service de check-in et de check-out est aussi facile, car ils utilisent déjà un verrou intelligent dans leurs chambres. Nous avons essayé de profiter du service de taxi qu'ils offrent en les informent à l'avance, mais nous avons l'impression qu'ils ne sont pas disposés à nous aider à nous organiser.
Globalement, nous avons toujours le plaisir de notre séjour à Changsha.

IInvitéGood location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

IInvitéA huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there.
The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there.
The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station.
Everything about the hotel experience was great.

J'ai contacté le service client de Ctrip.com à l'aéroport de Changsha Huanghua pour savoir comment joindre l'hôtel Sycamore Tree et organiser ma prise en charge. J'ai finalement réussi à joindre M. Liu, de l'hôtel Sycamore Tree, qui est venu me chercher à la sortie C6. Cette sortie se trouve juste à côté du service client de Ctrip.com et il y a souvent une longue file de voitures attendant de récupérer des voyageurs. L'hôtel Sycamore Tree propose des chambres à l'heure, avec la possibilité d'y rester jusqu'à sept heures par jour, voire une journée entière. Il propose une formule de trois heures pour les voyageurs en transit, mais comme Ctrip.com facture la chambre à la journée, j'ai payé moins de 30 $ pour rester jusqu'à 20 h le même jour. Pour passer le temps, à ma demande, l'oncle Liu m'a conduit en voiture à deux sites d'observation d'avions autour de l'aéroport de Changsha pour prendre des photos, pour un prix aller-retour de 150 RMB, de 14h30 à 17h30. Les sites comprenaient le bâtiment du comité du village de Gao'an et les abords du bâtiment de l'aviation générale du Hunan. Ce prix inclut le temps d'attente du chauffeur. L'oncle Liu est un expert en observation d'avions et je recommande cet hôtel aux passionnés d'aviation qui visitent Changsha pour cette activité. L'oncle Liu a plaisanté en disant qu'il pouvait aussi emmener des clients à Zhangjiajie, dans le Hunan. Bien que le personnel de l'hôtel Sycamore Tree soit aimable, je tiens à signaler que ma chambre n'avait ni fenêtre, ni table de taille standard pour écrire, ni chaise. La climatisation mettait longtemps à se rafraîchir. La salle de bain ne disposait que d'une petite serviette de toilette. Globalement, la chambre est moins bien que la chambre simple du Toyoko Inn. Malgré ce manque de confort, je recommande cet hôtel pour l'amabilité du personnel, les transferts aéroport et le service de transport local. Pour le petit-déjeuner et les autres repas, vous trouverez une boulangerie juste à côté et un restaurant de nouilles à une minute à pied de l'hôtel. Pour vous divertir, une borne d'arcade est disponible à l'extérieur. Je retournerai au Sycamore Tree Hotel si j'ai l'occasion de prendre un vol de nuit de Changsha vers un autre aéroport.

IInvitéChose this hotel as it was close to the airport. It's abit out of the way but the hotel provides free transport to and from the metro and airport which is excellent. The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom could do with updating as the bathroom floor is rather stained and needs resealing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price, it's an absolute bargain and even included breakfast albeit very basic. Don't expect anything fancy but basic amenities and a quick stay over is fine.
