XXiyemuziQTout d'abord, je tiens à féliciter le réceptionniste qui nous a accueillis. Il était si gentil et aimable. Voyant que nous étions deux, il nous a gentiment donné deux coupons de boisson et nous a même accompagnés jusqu'à l'ascenseur. Nous avons demandé des lingettes désinfectantes à l'alcool avant l'enregistrement, et ils ont été très prévenants. J'allais lui donner 5 étoiles, mais après l'enregistrement, l'eau qui coulait à côté était si bruyante que j'avais l'impression que les deux chambres fusionnaient. Et le plus choquant ! J'ai été réveillée ce matin par des ************ dans la chambre d'à côté ! J'ai cru qu'ils se faisaient maltraiter ! J'ai attendu qu'ils se calment et j'ai essayé de dormir un peu, mais ils ont commencé à se disputer ! L'homme et la femme, qui semblaient être du Guangdong, criaient en cantonais. J'ai été tirée du lit par leurs cris en cantonais… Je n'ai rien à redire sur l'insonorisation de l'hôtel. De plus, la propreté de l'hôtel est à améliorer. Le robinet de la salle de bain avait des traces d'eau, il y avait des cheveux dans la baignoire et des taches jaunes non identifiées sur les serviettes… Ce n'est pas le genre de propreté qu'on attend d'un hôtel haut de gamme !
Petit-déjeuner : Les tomates grillées devaient être une nouvelle création du chef. Un délice !

IInvitéBooked Kanglai for my first time stay in Changsha as it’s near the airport, they can arrange free pick up so it’s convenient when we arrive airport at midnight. The staff is warm and friendly, answered all question we have and also provide super at night. Special thanks to the receptionist (龙姑娘）on helping us with our DIDI apps as we face some issues when trying to engage driver. This visit leaves me a good impression as this is my first time visiting China, will consider to return in future.

IInvitéMon vol était à 9h le lendemain matin, j'ai donc passé la nuit ici. L'établissement proposait des installations complètes et un service de navette aéroportuaire 24h/24, très ponctuel et attentionné. Le personnel de la réception était très aimable et a même eu la délicatesse de mettre une pochette de protection sur ma carte d'identité. La nuit était très calme. Les draps avaient visiblement été changés et le lit était très confortable. Les sandales étaient également désinfectées. L'hygiène était impeccable ! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

TToni.cThis branch is much better than the one in Chongqing. The rooms are brighter, with a modern feel and AI technology to operate the lights and curtains. However, there is still a noticeable nicotine smell permeating the space. Additionally, the room temperature cannot be controlled – it was very hot and humid. The front desk mentioned they would provide a fan during our stay, but instead gave us a dehumidifier, which did not help. On the positive side, the laundry room facilities are good, which is a bonus. The location is also pretty good, with lots of eateries nearby. What's more, the hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport!

MMario NugrohoVery recommended. Hotel bersih dan rapi, dan pemilik hotel (suami istri) sangat ramah. Mereka tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris namun mereka sabar dalam berkomunikasi dengan kami, menggunakan aplikasi terjemahan. Jika kami ada kesulitan, mereka selalu berinisiatif untuk membantu.
Kamar hotel yang kami pesan adalah kamar standar. Ranjang besar, ada meja untuk bekerja, televisi dengan channel lokal. Kamar mandi bersih, air panas ada dan alirannya cukup kencang. Toilet diduk, penting untuk kami yang tidak terbiasa dengan wc jongkok.
Di sini ada mesin cuci dan pengering pakaian yang bisa digunakan kapan saja.
Menyenangkan sekali menginap di sini. Saya dan keluarga pasti akan kembali ke sini jika ada kesempatan kami untuk pergi ke Hunan. Tidak perlu cari hotel lain karena di sini hati kami tertambat.

IInvitéGood location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

LLSC22J'ai besoin d'un hôtel près de l'aéroport pour me reposer et me ressourcer, car mon vol est à minuit et je suis arrivé à Changsha à midi. J'ai trouvé de bons avis sur l'hôtel Yicheng, situé à seulement deux stations de métro de l'aéroport (ligne 6). Il faut compter environ 15 minutes à pied depuis la station Dalucun, mais le plus, c'est que le personnel de l'hôtel offre un transfert gratuit vers l'aéroport ! La chambre est neuve, propre et joliment décorée. Les toilettes sont en excellent état et les produits de toilette sont de bonne qualité. C'était un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et le personnel très sympathique a égayé ma journée.

YYanyongqianI got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport.
Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day.
To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time.
Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting.
Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan.
While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service.
For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel.
I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.
