The complimentary airport transfers provided by the airport were a major plus point for travelers like us, especially since we landed after midnight during winter. The Winnie the Pooh-themed family room was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a play area, toys, and snacks for my son. The facilities were thoughtfully designed, with automation extending even to details like a night light near the toilet.
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us to the Changsha train station and assisting with booking a local Didi ride. One staff member went the extra mile by helping us load our luggage.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely return for another stay!

La réception a ouvert la chambre très rapidement. La réception a vu nos enfants avec nous, craignant que nous ne dormons pas bien, nous avons mis à jour la chambre des parents et des enfants, la chambre est bien organisée, nous sommes venus voyager, nous avons joué de retour à l'hôtel pendant un jour, je ne pensais pas qu'il était très stable de dormir, merci beaucoup, la dame, La prochaine fois, je vais à Changsha et réserver leur maison.

Le temps de sortir du magasin n'a pas été pris pour le petit déjeuner, la dame de la réception a également envoyé un pain de lait 🍞. Les détails chauds sont remplis. 服務態度很好，和老公開車去的，我們沒有住在市中心就找了長沙縣比較好玩的地方住了，然後是選擇在世界之窗附近，住世界之窗附近的酒店比較貴，而且沒有什麼好玩，好吃的地方就選擇了中茂城附近中茂城總的來説這邊的酒店都挺好的，但是我們的睡眠的要求比較高就找了一個樓層特別高的酒店，應該會很安靜，和預期的一樣酒店很安靜，然後在中茂城的附近酒店評分也比較高，停車也很方便，然後第二天去高鐵南站也很近，衹要十幾分鍾在他們酒店停車是免費的，酒店附近的商場你有很多好吃的，比如長沙的茶顏月色呀，比較經典的都有，前台的兩個小姐姐，服務的態度都很好，樓上的客房阿姨打掃的時候態度也很好，做房間也比較乾淨，價格是非常非常合適的，主要是空間很大很好，價格也非常非常的合適，相比於我住過的中茂城附近的朵蘭達價格差不多，但是朵蘭達一般是老房子改造，那邊的話酒店太多了，太雜亂了，房間也比較小比較暗沒有陽光，還是這次住的酒店好一點，陽光充足，空氣好。

The staff were helpful even though I did not speak Chinese. Communication is mostly done through Wechat. Management frequently checks with guests to make sure everything is alright. Even when the robot is too busy to make delivery to your room, the staff is willing in its place. I can see why this hotel deserves its excellent rating.

QQiuniuniuC'est la première fois qu'on vit dans la cabane. Ça fait combien d'années que l'impression est ancienne.
L'hôtel de sa propre marque est très bon, à un prix raisonnable.
Très propre, le service est très bon. J'ai également envoyé un petit sac rempli de nourriture. Le petit-déjeuner est riche. Fais le saluer. La plus importante est la force de lave-linge.
La chaîne de marque peut continuer à être choisie.

IInvitéLa chambre parentale d'héberger l'hôtel est trop surprenante! La chambre est pleine d'intérêt pour les enfants. Il y a plusieurs chambres thématiques qui peuvent choisir, les poupées et les costumes de bain pour les enfants pour que le bébé se réjouisse dès que le portail entre. La réception a également envoyé une copie d'histoire à la chambre. Les détails sont complets: les coins anti-collision, les lits de dessin animé et les mini-cartons sont très intimes, libérez les mains des parents. L'emplacement est confortable, l'hygiène est propre et propre, les enfants sont tranquilles, nous vivons en toute sécurité, c'est absolument la première option pour les parents!

IInvitéPoussée forte ! Novotel est vraiment le point le plus satisfaisant de mon voyage à Changsha ! (Merci à Xiaozhong, Jiahui et Ella à la réception, ils sont super !)
Déplacement : Il est très pratique de se rendre au centre d'exposition/de conférence. Il est également proche de l'aéroport (évitant parfaitement l'invincible place Wuyi) et il y a des dépanneurs autour.
Logement : Sous le groupe français Accor, la qualité est toujours garantie, la literie et les fauteuils de bureau sont très confortables, et la ventilation est très bonne ! (C'est un super plus)
Utilisation: Tous les produits de lavage et de soin LANVIN sentent bon et le gel douche peut faire un bain moussant.
Manger : le petit déjeuner est correct, les nouilles de riz du Hunan sont un plus. Il y a un serveur potelé avec des lunettes. J'ai oublié de demander son nom. C'est super bon. Je n'ai pas trouvé d'œufs au plat au bout d'un moment, alors il m'en a frit 3. tout de suite! mouvement! ! !
Bref, la plupart des serveurs sont super sympas, vivement recommandés ! ! Reviendra vivre à nouveau.

IInvitéBon : la chambre est plus grande et il y a deux toilettes, ce qui est plus pratique pour les déplacements en famille. De plus, si vous habitez en banlieue, ce sera très vide, donc les immeubles ne seront pas bouchés, et les étages supérieurs où vous habiterez seront plus ouverts ~ le petit-déjeuner est le meilleur ! Il n'y a pas beaucoup de plats, mais l'appétit est tout à fait suffisant.
Point négatif : le climatiseur est en panne, il fait trop chaud, la température minimale est de 30 degrés, il y a beaucoup de résidus de collation sous le canapé sanitaire dans la chambre qui n'ont pas été aspirés... Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais la décoration pue super, presse Pour la déco en 2018, le goût ne sera pas trop gros, mais c'est quand même très gros.
Emplacement : à côté de la station de métro Guangda, mais je dois prendre un taxi quand je sors pour jouer. Il faut compter environ 60 yuans pour aller à la place Wuyi et environ 120 yuans pour l'aller-retour, selon le budget familial. Il peut y avoir des embouteillages le jour de la fête nationale et le coût estimé de la plate-forme est d'environ 50.

OOlivia MaryIt was a clean hotel and the rooms were quite comfortable after a long trip down from Shanghai. The staff were very efficient but were unable to provide the foreigners registration form that my school needed for my visa. I would highly recommend it though otherwise. Breakfast was very good!
