Hôtels 4 étoiles à Changshaxian

Extrêmement satisfait. La prise en charge à l'aéroport était tard dans la nuit, et la réceptionniste du 011 était très accueillante et a fourni un excellent service. La chambre était confortable et propre, et le petit-déjeuner offrait un large choix. Cinq étoiles !

The hotel is new but the services needed to be improved. Especially there was no identification of their pick up van with hotel signage and rely only on china phone communication which sometimes can be challenging for foreigner travellers. We spent almost an hour then to be picked up and sent to hotel. Also reception counter staff took a long time to check us in due to inexperienced.

This is truly a great hotel to stay if you like quiet and good breakfast, the hotel is a bit away from Wu Yi Square but css as n be conveniently going too all the major attractions in Changsha by train. They take care laundry services is great for cleaning dirty clothes before moving to another destination. Excellent services to assist customer and good breakfast to start the day. Truly enjoy stay here for 3 nights

L'expérience globale est superbe, fortement recommandée! Les installations du magasin sont nouvelles et propres, la chambre est calme et la qualité de la pause est très élevée; le restaurant en bas est complet, la nourriture est très confortable, la chambre est également équipée d'un écran de promenade superbe, l'atmosphère de la vue est pleine.

La température de l'eau est stable, l'expérience de l'Okinawa est superbe! La chambre sent frais et naturel, il n'y a pas de malaise. Voyage pratique à proximité de la gare de chemin de fer de l'aéroport, le bar d'hôtel est bon, l'environnement est calme, le serveur Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao Xiao

Le voyage est essentiellement choisi pour séjourner dans la ville. Il n'y a pas toute la saison près, mais il y a un bon rapport coût-efficacité. L'attitude du service de la réception est particulièrement bonne, et il m'a également mis à jour le type de chambre, la vue de l'hôtel est bonne, Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux, il y a beaucoup de choix, adapté à notre sortie, à manger des choses différentes chaque jour. Très satisfait.

This is a new facility, in line with Wyndham hotels. Highlights for me were the comfy bed(!), the close proximity to the airport (10 min drive), the free laundry room for use on the 11th floor, and the great customer service. One suggestion is to improve their coffee option for guests in the morning -- it was not good. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here again!

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

We stayed overnight on our arrival to Changsha. the hotel is located in a nice quiet location very close to the train station and metro. It was a comfortable stay and very convenient. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Changsha

Les chambres sont très propres et confortables et si confortables pour les vols tardifs ou précoces hors de l'aéroport de Changsha. Le transfert de l'aéroport à l'aéroport était un peu confusion, mais nous sommes surpris quand nous avons notifié à notre famille que nous ne pouvions pas être en mesure de monter dans la voiture quand nous avions spécifié le total de pax lors de la réservation du transfert.
