酒店有停車場，但不是很大，大概能停10多輛車，工作人員相當熱情指引停車，而且還幫忙拎行李登記，酒店有洗衣房，但是有些住客不自覺在酒店的洗衣機裏面洗鞋子（我去洗衣房的時候，打開洗衣機就看到鞋子放在洗衣機裏，當時沒有拍照，但我第二天拍到曬的衣服和鞋子），真是噁心到了，有些人真不自覺，早餐很不錯

硬件設施非常好的酒店！乾淨整潔，客房棉織品舒適，客用品齊全，早餐豐富，食材新鮮，無論前台/客房/餐飲的員工都非常有禮貌。 意見和建議: 1/ 地毯清潔保養非常重要。但是要放置警示牌，既提醒客人注意也保護酒店一但發生事故可以減少責任。我家人差點拌倒，提示客房主管後才放置了警示牌，但是數量還是少了（近20米長才放置了一個）。白天為何不用專用鼓風機吹來加速乾燥？或者騰空二側的客房開門通風來吹乾？18個小時後還鋪着墊子覆蓋在地毯上，有可能把濕氣捂壞了下邊的地墊？壞事變好事的是，退房時前台的郭女士主動提及此事並表示抱歉讓我很驚訝，也證明酒店在內部溝通渠道上很是暢通和有效。 2/ 淋浴間玻璃門的上邊有明顯的塵土，需要經常清潔。因為淋浴間沒有高一點的掛鈎所以才發現了問題。 3/ 客房小冰箱製冷效果差主要是因為其在密閉的空間內不散熱，儘管背後和下邊都有開孔但沒有改變其密閉空間的狀況。建議把前面的木門改成格柵或百葉門，既製冷又節能。 4/ 客房部要準備幾個被子（被子套好被罩）並放置在半抽空的塑料袋內，一但客人需要就可以馬上送到。目前員工抱着分開的被子和被套送到客房，還要進入客房在客人的床上把被子再放入被套，有點尷尬同時這畢竟是貼身的棉織品衞生很重要。半抽空的塑料袋是為了節省存放空間和防潮。（我沒有麻煩員工在門口自己接過了被子和被罩） 5/ 今天酒店有婚宴大門口擺放的充氣拱門用繩子拉着時高度有點低，我出門去車場都要彎腰過去。這也是危害公共安全的事件。辦理婚宴的人不懂，酒店的管理人不能不注意到，這種事，不出事時偶然出事是必然，衹是早晚的問題。這種性質與第一點是一樣的。 總之長治益東國際酒店值得再次光臨！如果管理者能夠注意把更高的軟件服務與現有的高品質硬件結合起來就能更上一層樓！高品質的產品是需要注重細節的！ 對了，隔壁三樓的杏花堂餐廳無論是食品還是服務都非常好！好像都是一個集團的吧？
