Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel. It’s always great value for money, and the owner and his family are so hospitable and welcoming. We set off fireworks with them for hours. They treated us really well. As a family with a kid, we always choose this hotel when we stay in Anren. Great service and lovely people. They were very flexible and even upgraded our room to a more spacious one for free. We highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Anren. We will definitely come back again. Thank you all!

The staff went far and beyond to keep us comfortable during our stay! The hotel is easy to find and very new; We were given a room upgrade as the hotel wasn’t busy at the time of our visit. The location of this hotel is perfect as there are food places nearby. The hot spring within the hotel premises is definitely a plus point. We definitely have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when visiting again!

地方不錯，離四季温泉谷就步行幾分鐘，泡温泉很方便，環境衞生乾淨，零食早餐準備的很齊全，老闆人好話不多，退房的那天要去西鄰雪山，時間很早還麻煩了老闆送我們到鎮上，但是房間空調效果不怎麼樣，不過有電熱毯還不算冷，照片忘了拍，總之在花水灣是值得選擇的

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, using the app to communicate to me in English. My room was on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the trees, mountain and pool area. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. It was really a peaceful room that I enjoyed. The hotel was very nice, it seemed like an Italian marbled hotel. The breakfast had many choices, and it was all delicious. There are many pools, warm and hot springs to choose from, it was fun and relaxing. The massage and treatments were wonderful, especially from Rufong, if you like deep acupressure. She is a really experienced, friendly and wonderful person.

This is budget accommodation in walking distance 800m from the entrance of Xiling snow mountain. We arrived by bus at 10:30 and contacted hotel to pick our luggages at the entrance. Staffs were very kind and energetic. We came down and walked back to the hotel. It is cheaper to stay here and has many options for dinner. But heating system was not working so very cold at night as we stayed over Christmas. Simple breakfasts can be ordered. For non Chinese speakers like us, try to get WeChat of the hotel in advance.

Le responsable est très sympathique et serviable. Ils assurent les transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport, ainsi que vers les environs, à des tarifs avantageux. Contrairement aux taxis classiques, ils ne facturent pas de supplément. Les portions étaient copieuses, idéales pour une personne seule comme moi, et très bon marché. L'endroit était calme et offrait une belle vue sur les montagnes et la forêt environnantes. J'ai passé un excellent séjour.

Très amical propriétaire d'auberge, peut prendre et descendre à l'entrée de montagne de neige xilante gratuitement. Service très bon. Chambre spacieuse. Le propriétaire nous a vus 3 personnes réservant 1 roi. Ils nous aident à mettre à niveau gratuitement à 1 chambre unique et 1 chambre reine. La salle de bains est spacieuse. Le propriétaire de l'hôtel a un mini-marché et un restaurant au lobby. Alors si tu es fatigué, peut manger ou acheter quelque chose au lobby.
